Pros:

The room never kept hot water!! We had to take cold showers and it was only 3 of us staying in there, And it was dirty needed dusted really bad my husband has allergies and he was miserable the entire week could not breath

The beds were really comfortable but the closet doors were broke and there was multiple railings falling off. Definitely not kid friendly.

The overall atmosphere of the property complex was very nice. We had other family members that had a very nice condo. Ours on the other hand I would grade it at a 3 out of 10. When we opened to the door to the room it smelled like a wet dog. I associated that to the dirty carpets that we encountered. The condo smelled so bad, we went and purchased 4 plugin. I also found the back sliding door open. This was very concerning due to the fact our room was on the ground floor.

It was a nice, safe place. The view from the patio was nice. The lawn on the golf course was well taken care of. The squirrels were definitely entertaining. The stay was comfortable. The property had a few issues mostly small things. The patio door was hard to open which could be difficult for older occupants. The HVAC unit is on the porch which was a little loud since it is right outside the bedroom. We would stay there again. Parking was good which is great compared to many places.

Very Nice but needs a little TLC..
Pros:

The place was nice & very clean however there was black mold growing out of all the A/C vents, bed was a little firm for Us & the headboard was disconnected from the frame needs proper fixing We put a bolt back in… for our stay.
(Wish I knew the owner I’d suggest a few small changes & the place would be perfect!)

Pros:

For the most part the unit had what you need for every day needs. The MAJOR ISSUE was that the blinds in the living room and bedroom had missing blind shades. That made my wife and I feel we had no privacy in the unit from the windows,I would not recommend this property for that very reason.

Enjoyed the stay needed a few things repaired blinds were broke had to hang blanket over the window in one bedroom, recliner was broken down almost unsetable. But over all enjoyed our stay and will stay again

Pros:

Check in process is miles away from property, but was pleasant.
Our unit was a bottom floor, our neighbors woke us up 2/3 nights after midnight stomping around. After calling our front desk we were told the unit above us isn’t with the same property and there’s nothing they could do, we should contact the police.
The beds were very uncomfortable, we woke up with sore backs and necks. The master shower is a jacuzzi tub shower combo which could make it difficult for some to get in and out. The tub was filled with hair, ran out of hot water, our back door screen was off its hinges leaning against the wall. Over all the property is okay just outdated. We more than likely won’t stay again.

All in all we had a good time. One of the trash cans had someone’s hair and toilet paper still left in it when we checked in. And the glass light fixture fell from the kitchen light and crashed and broke all over the kitchen table and the floor. We were able to clean it up with the vacuum and broom but I’m just glad my kids weren’t at the table when it happened. The owners responded quickly and came and took pictures. No towels for the pool are provided so be sure to bring your own - we learned the hard way. Location is good and it was quiet.

Our stay was amazing. The room was easy to access and it was very pleasant inside! It had everything you could need throughout your stay and everyone in the area was very friendly. We especially enjoyed the amenities this property offered. We would book this property again!

The Fairways Condo Complex at the Thousand Hills
Pros:

Our condo was being cleaned at check-in, so we were offered another wonderful condo. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. We loved our condo during our 4 night stay in Branson. We would stay at the Fairways, the other condo complex again. We loved all the space and comfort compared to staying in a hotel for 4 nights. It was very relaxing.

The pools were very nice and close by. The condo was very nice and we had plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was good. We had a 13 month old with us and most electric outlets didn't have plugs in them. She's still crawling and her legs and feet were filthy because the floors were so dirty! We didn't understand that we would check in one place then travel several miles to the condo and that it was an upstairs unit. Check out was easy.
