I would definitely stay here again if we stayed on top floor.
Pros:

Everything was great

Cons:

The people staying upstairs it was so loud at night and felt tired all week long. Curtains would be nice in the bedrooms.

Pros:

The room never kept hot water!! We had to take cold showers and it was only 3 of us staying in there, And it was dirty needed dusted really bad my husband has allergies and he was miserable the entire week could not breath

The pool was okay

Cons:

Didn’t like my room smelling like cannabis, the bed springs were broke, people outside was very noisy. The resort was getting ready for memorial weekend. So people working were noisy. Was not worth the money at all. Called to complain about the cannabis smell in our room and they said we could call the police.

The beds were pretty comfortable and so was the living room furniture.

Cons:

Building 58 Unit 12 review:
1. Hot water didn't work in any of the 3 showers UNLESS you jacked with it for 4-5 minutes and plunged the knob 8-10 times to get it to go from the tub faucet to the shower head. And then if you were lucky it would stay warm/hot. Usually it would go ice cold in an instant and you had to start over.
2. The washer would not spin so our clothes were sopping wet and took 3-4 hours to dry. We were almost late checking out because I just had to take wet clothes out of dryer to leave.
3. The key card NEVER WORKED. We could not get in the automatic gate OR the swimming pool and had to ask strangers at the pool to let us in both days we went. My husband had to walk down the fence to the hot tub and holler at people over in the hot tub to get out and walk down to let us in one of the days. When we went to the clubhouse to inquire about getting another card that person was off until Monday. The gate attendant told us we had to call the reservation center that they didn't have anything to do with those. I called the reservation center and she told me verbatim the same exact thing; they had nothing to do with those that it was the condos problem. Ridicuolous.
4 Very visible mold in 2 of the 3 toilets. And my 11 year old grandchildren brought that to my attention first.
5. When we turned the faucet on in the shower upstairs rust came out into the bathtub. Then it wouldn't get hot like I stated in #1.
6. When I called before we went I was told we had to ask for pool towels at the check-in center. So I did when we arrived. But then I was told by someone else there that NO, there should be towels in our condo, but if there weren't any we had to come back to get some. And obviously, NO there were no pool towels in the condo. SO we had to drive back another 3.5 miles through traffice JUST FOR BEACH TOWELS. That took 45 minutes.
7. Porch light was burned out.

Great family friendly place to stay!
Pros:

The property was very nice! Our condo was nice and clean, with plenty of towels and bedding!

Cons:

The only issue we had, our key card didn’t work. Being there on a weekend, there was no one in the office to reprogram it, but it was a minor inconvenience. We were still able to go swimming and enjoy our stay!

All in all we had a pleasant stay.
Pros:

The accommodations were nice. We enjoyed the screened in deck. It was convenient that we had a washer/dryer.

Cons:

The bed pillows need to be replaced. They were very uncomfortable. The garbage disposal was not working. It would be helpful to have handrails to help with entering and exiting the bath tub.

Pointe Royale is incredible place to stay. Even the security guards at the front gates were extremely nice and helpful.

Great place for large families.
Pros:

The location was close to all the attractions but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main street. It was quiet and low traffic. The condo was large enough for our big family. There was four separate bedrooms and each had a cute theme. There were also lots of board games and we really enjoyed playing them.

Cons:

Check in process was confusing.

Pros:

The overall atmosphere of the property complex was very nice. We had other family members that had a very nice condo. Ours on the other hand I would grade it at a 3 out of 10. When we opened to the door to the room it smelled like a wet dog. I associated that to the dirty carpets that we encountered. The condo smelled so bad, we went and purchased 4 plugin. I also found the back sliding door open. This was very concerning due to the fact our room was on the ground floor.

Pros:

It was a nice, safe place. The view from the patio was nice. The lawn on the golf course was well taken care of. The squirrels were definitely entertaining. The stay was comfortable. The property had a few issues mostly small things. The patio door was hard to open which could be difficult for older occupants. The HVAC unit is on the porch which was a little loud since it is right outside the bedroom. We would stay there again. Parking was good which is great compared to many places.
