Very clean, staff were very nice. Had a small leak from the air conditioner and staff responded immediately to fix the problem.
Would love to stay again sometime.
What I liked about resort was it was close to everything i wanted to go to.
What I did not like was that the master bedroom had a walkout sliding door with no handle to open and close the blinds. It also did not have a black out curtain so the sunlight is getting thru even when the blinds are closed. So i was up at like 6:30am no sleeping in for me.
It was also noisy you can hear everything above you. The people above me had kids running around and when they used their jacuzzi tub you could also hear it.
Expedia gave wrong info on pools , restraunts, bar at our condo location. The room really stunk bad due to a hot water heater leak, they came in with fans and try to help with the smell but it didn't work
Place was nice and clean easy to access and staff were friendly
This place was great! It was such a a comfortable place to stay. We were there for a week and it felt like a home away from home. And we got lucky, the room we stayed in was directly across from one of the pools. I loved having a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a lovely enclosed patio overlooking the golf course. The kitchen was big and had everything you could ask for including a coffee pot, toaster, and even a blender. And the property is so close to the 76 Strip and all the amazing fun to be had there! It was right around the corner from Fritz's Adventure and about 20 minutes from Silver Dollar City. I also really liked that there wasn't a huge cleaning list to have to do before check out. They just ask that you take out your trash (there is a trash receptacle in front of every building) and start the dishwasher, easy.
It was very inviting made me happy to pull up every day to such a well kept property
Great stay. We will definitely be back.
Plenty of room but the furniture was old and worn out and carpet was very stained. The place could have been more cleaner inside and out.
Overall great but upon walking in there was a french fry under the table easy to see. Not a major deal but makes me doubt the effort of cleaning. Everything else went smoothly.
I have stayed at other Thousand Oaks condos. This one provided limited kitchen provisions such as coffee and Kleenex:
Close to events we were attending.
Spaciousness and view.
Didnt like the outside stairs.
Had a great stay. The only negative was that I did not sleep well due to the very soft mattress, which was not adjustable. I'm used to my Select Comfort bed.
Very nice and clean. Great location
We really enjoyed this property. It was comfortable, clean and well maintained. We will use this property the next time we come.
Like it was a first level stay no stairs, everything was clean and quiet.
Loved the playground close to the units.
The living room had dried up cheerios still on the floor from the previous guest along with what we think was a chunk of taco meat. The kitchen smelled really bad but once we ran the disposal for a while it got better. The first sink in the master bath didn’t drain well at all so we just didn’t use it. The top comforter was filthy around the edges where it had touched other guest’s faces. The outside area was full of leaves and trash so we couldn’t even enjoy sitting out there. And the pool, Starbucks, restaurant were all the way back over to the hotel. We didn’t realize that when we booked. My husband and daughter played golf the night we checked in and the men in the pro shop were very snooty. When I went to check them in they asked for my voucher. I said that’s why the lady walked over with me, she said that was my voucher. That really made them angry and they both left me standing there alone so they could “have a talk with her”. When my husband went back in to sign for the cart they couldn’t stop talking and eating their Arby’s to even say hello. They had their food and bags right in front of my husband. He said it was very unprofessional. Overall we will not stay there again. And there were very limited supplies in the kitchen to use to cook with etc.
Condo was not the condo pictures that I saw and decided to stay in totally different this condo had a smell every time you walked in please don’t show picture of a condo that people think they are getting and then you get something totally different the golf club house was nice the staff was friendly and golf course was amazing had a great time playing golf
Me and my family felt like we never left home that's just how wonderful it was
