My stay was great ! The valet drivers are all so nice and helpful. Eddie and Ali especially rooms extra care of us and recommended a fantastic spot to get dinner. Sergio at the front desk is the best as well!

Had a great time! Eddie, Ali and Mario were excellent valet help. Can’t wait to see them again when I return.

We were not told about the construction before our stay. In our room there was no chair! There was also no full length mirror. And for the $400 room, we had a view of the hallway out of our window. We were also over charged for parking.
We will not return and do NOT recommend this hotel.

Horrible experience overall.

- Scaffolding covering 80% of the hotel without any forewarning
- Constant, loud construction noise from tools
- Room quality was bad, baseboards were lifting away from the wall
Forced to pay additional for valet parking because of YOUR choice to close the parking lot
- Hotel in general just seemed overpriced due to the location rather than the amenities offered and quality of the hotel itself

Would absolutely never stay here again, I have honestly stayed in far nicer Hilton hotels that were far cheaper.

I had my wedding on the rooftop of this hotel, and stayed in the penthouse during the week. You can't find a better view than this. The room is beautiful, spacious, and perfect for what we needed. The staff were so kind and accommodating. We didn't want to leave!

Our room was on the hallway right off the elevator exit and therefore super noisy. The weddings (every afternoon thru evening while we were there) were very loud b/c the way the acoustics flowed the rooftop noise came straight into the room. And you could hear the conversation of every person who walked by headed to or from the elevator.
Room was very depressing, one window that looked out to the hallway. Dark inside b/c if you opened the window curtains to get some light everyone walking down the hallway could see directly into the room.
Lighting very difficult to figure out, several switches didn't seem to do anything. No full length mirror. Single-cup coffee maker was situated on the table under the TV, no plug available though!?
Talked to mgmt about moving to a quieter room b/c of the noise but they were unhelpful. Could not switch to a quieter room b/c evidently all the rooms near the elevator have the same noise disturbance and no other rooms were available for 2 nights. If we wanted to get a quieter room for 1 night we would then need to check out by 11am the following day and then check back into a noisier room at 4pm!!! Exasperated by the indifference of mgmt we then asked to cancel our reservation so we could go to another hotel. Absolutely would not would not let us leave w/o paying for a full night even though it was 4:30 and they were 'very busy'.
Lots of construction going on. To get to the pool or hot tub you had to walk out the front of the building, then south along the pedestrian sidewalk in the front of the property and up the several sets of stairs along the side of the property. Not great when you are cold and wet.

The hotel is the absolute best!!!!!!! The view is amazing and the staff is always so welcoming.

Antonio and Andy were so helpful at valet, they had the car super quick and didn’t mind when we were late! We had a great experience!!
