Pros:

First arrived at hotel and checked in. Went to enter our room to find other people in there. They double booked our room. We then moved rooms. We got to the room and it was hot. We set the AC and went sight seeing. When we returned the room was still hot. We then had to switch rooms again. Now saying all that, the staff was amazing in rectifying the situation.

Pros:

Located close to major landmarks inly 20’ to walk to white house. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast was also very good. Around hotel many options to eat.

Great Washington DC experience
Pros:

I loved this hotel. Great location easy access to things. The staff was so friendly we
arrived early and gave us a room early, and didn't even charge us. The room was
spacious and cozy. The breakfast was good. Being in the travel field myself I
highly recommend this hotel is is my go to for Washington DC now.

Great hotel for families!
Pros:

This is a great hotel for families! We took our grandchild to DC. We had a lovely room that was a suite with a bedroom, and a pull out couch. There was a kitchen area in our room as well as laundry facilities in the hotel. A buffet breakfast was served daily-- waffles, cereal, eggs, toast etc. The location is excellent a short walk to the DuPont Circle Metro stop. From this stop we could take the Metro all over the city.
The neighborhood has many restaurants at all levels --from good small modest restaurants to lovely dining rooms. I would highly recommend.
