Spacious family friendly stay
Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful. Elevators were quick. Trash room always emptied efficiently. Laundry simple to use and included complimentary detergent. Kitchenette was very well stocked with good quality pans which was much appreciated! They had a couple of water stations to be able to fill water-bottles which was handy. Location excellent. Room might be starting to get a little outdated but overall clean.

The location was great. The room was spacious.

Cons:

The air conditioning did not work properly. The staff lied about maintenance request. The staff was rude and smelled like marijuana. The blinds were broken. There were water stains and damage on ceiling. The paid parking area was sketchy.

Overall good property but unlikely to stay here again.
Pros:

Good location and decent facilities.

Cons:

Security deposit was deducted promptly before arrival. At checkout was told it would be refunded in 3 business days. Yet to see any sign of it- as always easier to take than return money.
Also whilst some of the staff were friendly and willing to help others couldn’t be bothered- not what the tired guest reaching your property wants to be faced with.

Staff was great, they did end up saving a parking spot for us behind the hotel

When we arrived there was no parking available, we had to use parking a few blocks away, which was half the price of the hotel parking
