The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the indoor hot tub was quite lovely and relaxing. Overall, despite the nearby construction, the grounds were relatively quiet and peaceful. What staff I interacted with were quiet and relatively friendly.
I specifically did not book a villa because we intended to use the pool and restaurant that were listed on what is billed as a 4 -star resort. I booked a King room assuming that it would be in a main building near to the amenities listed. Instead, rather than being near the main building where the open pool and restaurant are, we were literally up the street and around the corner in the complex in a building that required driving to get back to the main building. I could have chalked that up to my own misunderstanding of the listing, however ...
The "2 restaurants" available were a refrigerator and shelves in the lobby with convenience store items and a "bistro" with bar food rather than a sit down restaurant in a 4 star hotel. The "breakfast," which was not included in the pricing though it was listed as an amenity (again, I should have verified) was the above mentioned convenience store items in the lobby. And as I was checking in, I was asked if I needed a parking pass and was then informed that would cost an additional $20, which was not included in the confirmation email from the hotel and certainly not prominent anywhere in the listing.
When I called down to the front desk to request information about parking for the pool I hit the At Your Service button as the paper they'd given me at check in indicated. Rather than connecting me to the front desk I was connected to a bot pretending to be human that took two additional steps to get me to a human being. When I tried 0 to connect directly regarding a more urgent matter in the morning, it still connected to a bot that then argued with me when I asked for the front desk immediately. At least the pool did have a changing room so I didn't have to drive back to my room wet.
Everything paying for parking
Spacious room good price
The whole hotel
Nothing much.
Hidden parking fee. The room is too small. And the lack of a kitchen. The loud noise of the cleaning crews and the construction of the expansion of the property near our room.
As soon as you walked in you felt like you entered into a family members home. It was amazing!

Beautiful room, friendly staff, excellent location.
This is somewhat of a vacation package and they do ask you to help out by taking out garbage, stripping bed, etc. before leaving. Minor things for an excellent and beautiful room and location.
The property was absolutely beautiful! Very clean and we had a lot of room in our two bedroom suite. We had an issue with our WiFi and the engineer did everything to help us.
Unfortunately the WiFi in our room did not work at all and there is very little service where we were located on the property. Although best efforts from the engineer we were unable to get any connection. I also did not enjoy how you have to strip the beds yourself that was a little off putting since we only stayed one night. The parking is $20 a day even though there is plenty of parking on site which was also a little off putting.
Room and facilities were nice
Paying $22 for parking was ridiculous
We did not enjoy our stay. it was decent, but not what we would expect from a four star property with the Marriott name on it.
The room we were given had noise coming through a connecting door. We asked the reception to change room because of the connecting door and because overall we did not like the location of our room. It was in a building far from the reception, and the phone connection to the reception went through an automatic service. It took ten minutes to reach a representative on sight using the telephone in the room. The manager refused to change our room on the account that we had used booking.com to make a reservation. He was unwilling to offer any other accommodation.
Location , and a quiet relaxing stay
Being an owner with Marriott ( Grand Chateau in Las Vegas ) I don’t understand the $20 a day for parking … seemed to me there was plenty parking available … they don’t charge me a parking fee at the Grand Chateau…. Why do you ? Don’t think that is fair … especially to an owner …. How about a refund for that charge ???
Clean and good location.
It is well kept and walls keep the noise out.
Check in punished me for asking for a first floor, by giving us the last room at the end of the hotel, in another building.
Check in at 4PM.....really!
Mattress was horrible.
Pictures online are not where you will be staying.
Our building was next to construction site.
$20 parking fee per day hidden on second page of web site.
Ignored when questioned problems.
Everything, updated rooms, easy check in, friendly and kind staff.
Parking fee of $20
Everything was great but I think 10am checkout is too early for any property 11 am or 12 and I would rate this best rating. I wish they would change the check out this would be 10 out of 10!
10am check out is too early!!
We liked that it was secluded and quiet
I did not like the ants that were in the room and I also did not appreciate paying $20 a day for parking that was ridiculous and I also did not appreciate having to do housekeeping's job where they ask you to break down the linen on the bed but I did not mind running the dishwasher because we did make the dishes.
