Location is wonderful, and the ability to use the facilities at the Don Cesar is a big plus!

The Don Cesar Beach House surpassed all our expectations. Service and staff were wonderful. Roos were clean and fully stocked. Food was great.

Every now and again, you stumble on a true gem—a slice of paradise so perfect you simply don’t want to leave. The Beach House Suites by The Don Cesar is exactly that.

We spent seven wonderful days at this magnificent property. It sits right on the powdery white sands of the Gulf, in an older retro-style condo building with its own private parking. Don’t let the classic exterior fool you—the rooms inside are modern, spacious suites. As soon as you walk in, you’ll find a large separate bedroom with its own generous closet space. The bathroom is roomy and well-designed, with a beautiful vanity, excellent mirror, and perfect lighting. The shower is modern and spotless with strong water pressure. There’s even a washer and dryer. Whoever picked out the bathroom amenities deserves serious credit—they nailed it.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a small stovetop, microwave, and a mini refrigerator with freezer. The cabinets are stocked with pots, pans, utensils, real plates, and cups. There’s a full sink, a dishwasher, and plenty of counter space, giving you that true “home away from home” feeling. The clever dining area connects to the kitchenette and works perfectly for meals or setting up your laptop. The internet speed is excellent.

The living room has a very comfortable sofa bed, and the balcony offers beautiful ocean views along with a look down at the pool below. The entire suite was immaculate—not a speck of dirt or grime anywhere. The housekeeping team clearly takes real pride in their work.

While the facility itself is incredible, it’s the people who make it truly special. At the registration office, McKay, Cherish, Ray, and Amy are fantastic. They greet you with genuine smiles, answer every question, and always have hot fresh coffee ready. The maintenance team keeps everything sparkling—Joe in particular is constantly checking to make sure everything is perfect, and it shows.

The pool area is fantastic. The bar is great, and the kitchen trailer with Albert running things is awesome. During our stay, they had live entertainment featuring guitarist and singer Joshua Carroll. He was so talented that I wouldn’t be surprised if he becomes a well-known name soon.

From the pool, a short pathway leads you straight to some of Florida’s finest white powder sands and clear blue waters. The hotel provides beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels, and the beach staff is extremely attentive.

And here’s the best part: The Beach House Suites are part of the magnificent Don Cesar Resort. Your access bracelet gives you full use of everything the Don has to offer—additional pools, more beach access, extra bars, a fully equipped fitness center with excellent personal trainers, and some truly great restaurants.

We stayed seven days at the Beach House Suites but could have easily stayed much longer. This place has its own unique personality and charm. It’s run so smoothly that you can simply relax and enjoy what might be the most spectacular sunsets you’ll ever see.

Nice accommodations, the man at the beach is a hard worker and very friendly. The bartender is friendly and quick. All areas clean. Friendly staff.

The resort & staff were amazing! Mgr. McKay assisted w/ upcoming reservation stays & other front desk assistance. Asst. Mgr. Amy helping w/questions & requests & mailing/receiving pkgs.Cherish was new & fit right in at the front desk. Merima was our housekeeper & always knew just what we needed & took wonderful care of our suite. She was awesome! Chris & Tasha at the bar were friendly & welcomed serving us. Shuttle drivers Raymond, Izz & esp. Patrick were always at the ready to happily transport us. Fabian & Alex @ the beach worked hard to make sure we were pleased & comfortable.

Every April, I attend a conference in Tampa—and staying at the Beach House has truly become a must-do! From the moment you arrive, you feel welcomed and cared for in a way that keeps you coming back year after year.

The food is absolutely excellent, and the staff consistently goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. the hotesses at Society table just made our visist so special we ate there EVERY DAY during our stay. Each morning, Diana greeted us with a warm smile at Society Table, setting the tone for the day. In the evenings, Dee made every dinner feel special with attentive, thoughtful service. I also want to recognize B. Cartwright (I hope I have the name correct!)—an outstandingwaitress who, along with the entire Society Table team, made every meal a treat.

And don’t miss Andy’s—the desserts are incredible! As someone with a nut allergy, I was especially impressed by how knowledgeable and careful the staff was. They took the time to review ingredients and ensure my safety, which gave me complete peace of mind.

The beach experience is just as exceptional. the beach has whit soft powery sand and clear calm water that you just float in. Perfect for children and non-swimmers like me! I just float on the shallow calm waters --one year we saw dolphins! Fabian and Andy ? ( I hope that name is right he was there just one day during our visit) always provides outstanding service at the beach, and Chris makes sure you’re well taken care of with food and drinks throughout the day.

This level of consistency, care, and genuine hospitality is RARE. It was great for couples and also families. I look forward to returning every year!

Loved our stay at the Beach Hoyse Suites! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating! We will be back!

We were on the beach shuttle and had the absolute best time. Didn’t have to pay anything to travel around the shuttle. Got us everywhere we needed togo. Raymond who is the absolute best picked us up and dropped us off multiple times super grateful. I even left my phone in the car and he brought it back the next day. If you’re thinking about staying anywhere, hands-down, I would stay here just for the beach, shuttles, and Fabian holding it down on the beach.

My husband and I came down from New York looking to escape the cold, and we got lucky choosing the Don CeSar as our beach spot. St. Pete Beach delivered: pristine sand, perfect weather, everything you’d hope for. But as any seasoned traveler knows, what makes an experience truly stick is almost always the people.
That person, for us, was Fabian.
He runs the beach operation like a maestro: towels, seating, the flow of the whole space, and he never stops. What stood out wasn’t just how attentive he was with us, but watching him work the entire beach with the same energy. Hot sun, constant movement, and through all of it he’s warm, present, and genuinely personable. Not performative, just authentically himself. There was never a moment he wasn’t around or ready to help.
A shoutout as well to Chris, who took great care of us one afternoon with food and drink service.
