Beautiful location, good sized rooms, nice staff

Location is beautiful. Staff are nice. Rooms are very big and comfortable.

Cons:

We stayed in May for a week and in August for 3 days. It’s happened on both trips…the shampoo/body wash/conditioner isn’t filled up.

There is also a lot of overflowing garbage on the floor garbage cans by the elevator. I think someone needs to empty it more frequently.

Someone needs to check the rooms for quality and that the shampoo things are being filled. I came for just 3 days so didn’t pack my own because I didn’t check a bag. So I had to go to Walgreens to get shampoo and body wash.

The lady at the front desk was told about this in May, and this time.

Also, the over all cleanliness of the bathrooms could be improved.

We love BHS and have been going since 2023, but it seems like the bar is lower now on the cleanliness in the rooms overall. Just simple things getting overlooked.

Cons:

The smell of trash right outside of our room located by the elevator was rather unpleasant. The only thing we would say we “didn’t like”

It was everything I was looking for in this vacation.
Pros:

Excellent private access to the beach. Resort fee included chairs and umbrella. Suite was very clean and spacious. Staff was attentive. The two bathrooms was a nice surprise. Laundry in the suite was great. Shuttle drivers Ismael and Raymond were awesome.

Cons:

Not applicable. I will stay here again in the future.

This is the second time we have stayed here this year and the grounds and the pool wasn't really clean this time and

The view and it has 2 bathrooms and the kitchenette was nice to have also

Cons:

The pool was really dirty Friday and Saturday and the pool area wasn't clean either we went down to the Don Cesar were the 2 pools were nice and clean and the grounds were very well kept and the beds were broke down we slept at the foot of the beds and the room needs new pillows

A seamless yet efficient vacation.
Pros:

Hands down the greatest choice we made in regards to our stay and the location. The hotel was accommodating from the get-go and took care of every need that we needed. The suite was more than an advertised. And most of all the shuttle service was simply clutch. The driver Mr Raymond, was exceptionally well in regards to being informative about where to eat and where to go as well as often great suggestions. He was always on time and aware of the time that you would be in any particular location to make sure he got back to get to you to make sure you're safe. We will be doing this again.

A perfect beach getaway for our family!
Pros:

The room was perfect for our family of 4! We had a garden and pool view room, but it was also a great view of the ocean. The hotel is beautiful and welcoming. We loved the bar/restaurant and live band!

Cons:

Our fridge was broken. We stocked it full when we got there and noticed as the day went on it did not seem very cold. We ended up having to throw everything out. We informed the front desk and it was replaced right away. Other than that, no complaints at all!

Pros:

Amazing location, service, rooms, and access to the Don!! The shuttle was so convenient and gave us easy access to everything the Don has to offer. Raymond was such a safe, sweet and expedient driver while I was with my two young boys!

Magical days in St. Pete Beach, even more valued by the "The Don Cesar" experience. This time we opted for Beach House Suites. We liked the structure, the reception staff and the shuttle. But the cleaning left a lot to be desired. We had to ask at all times to be attended to us. You would work in a bad mood. A shame.

The check in was wonderful. McKay is a true gem and gentleman. After that all downhill. Room was nice and large which was a plus however the room was from 1960s. FILTHY floors, tiles missing from the shower and a group on young people in the pool and hot tub at 4 am on Wednesday morning. No security. SCARY!! Room was well stocked. However it resembled a poorly renovated Holiday Inn. Bedroom was very tight with a TV mounted to the wall that I had to be extra careful when walking past it as to not injure myself. If this place wants to earn the Don Cesar name then MAJOR reno is in order. No towels at the pool and I asked for more and was told Ok. Still waiting. Shuttle driver short curly gray hair aired his political views which was TOTALLY unprofessional. You can and should be better. Garbage overflowing by the dumpsters e wide open.
