Cons:

Not much ventilation through unit and ac unit in bedroom not very effective . Office hours ending at 4:30 was not ideal as we were not able to access the pool that night.

False advertising, looks nothing like the pictures. Don't be scammed.
Cons:

The unit they put us in looked nothing like the pictures online. The unit was small, old and run down. There was a little couch that fit two people for 6 people. The picture showed a comfortable sectional couch and a large beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops. I immediately went back to the office and said you put us in the wrong place and showed them our booking. They said that was what they had for us. This is false advertising.

Good location, not exactly what was expected.
Pros:

The location of this “resort” is great. Close to beaches and things to do. Unfortunately, it is misrepresented online and we were in a “home” that was quite old and not updated with no AC. The smoke alarm was chirping at night, the master bed and pillows were not comfortable, the master bath was not updated - the jet tub was broken and the shower was very small. Overall, the place was “serviceable” but certainly not nice and comfort was lacking. It is maybe difficult to showcase all the options in a “resort” through an online booking tool, however, the place we got was not what we expected. Did it work, yes. Was it big, yes. Did it have the appropriate number of baths and beds, yes. However, there was no indication we would have no AC, chirping smoke alarm, leaking windows, really old outdated kitchens and baths. Overall, did it impact our enjoyment of the area…not really. It’s a great location. I just felt the listing was not honest.

Loved our 6 days 5 night stay. The staff was friendly and responsive. Super close to the beach.
Pros:

Well maintained grounds. Love the swimming pools and hot tub. Staff was great - particularly Kaysha at the front desk who attentively resolved our accommodation issue (incorrect # of beds) which we appreciate.

Stay at the complex was ok. Could have been fantastic with a few upgrades.

Location next to the beach was a plus. The staff were professional and polite.

Cons:

Unit needs some TLC and perks... refrigerator did not stay cold; paint peeling bathroom ceiling; no beach gear (one broken umbrella and 2 towels are not beach gear); fraying bath towels; beds uncomfortable. For the cost of the unit, it needs more perks. We have actually stayed in another unit in the complex that was far better appointed.

Check-in. Condo disponible depuis 16h. La réception ferme à 16h30. Procédure d'enregistrement pas pratique. On Doit appeler un numéro qui nous donne un code pour ouvrir un coffre et prendre la clé. Le téléphone à disposition ne fonctionnait pas. Serait plus pratique que le code soit donner par mail avant l'arrivée.
Il manquait les draps pour le sofa bed. Il a fallu faire plusieurs téléphone à 8:00pm et insister pour que quelqu'un nous apporte des draps

Be very careful. During my stay I was charged a mandatory $180 cleaning fee that was never disclosed at booking, does not appear in my confirmation, and was not mentioned at check-in.

I provided proof, but the hotel still applied the charge and pushed responsibility to the travel agency instead of taking accountability.

As of May 12, 2025, U.S. law (FTC Rule on Unfair or Deceptive Fees) prohibits undisclosed mandatory fees in lodging.

This situation wasted a lot of time and energy during my vacation and seriously affected the experience.

Ask for a full written breakdown of all fees before booking.

The property itself was good but If you are booking here, please check for any hidden fees due while check-in.
Pros:

The property itself was nice and clean but the the mandatory fees while check-in was more than 50% of what I payed on the portal. To be fair, I do not know if this is an issue with the portal I booked through or the hotel but these fees should have been disclosed in the confirmation email either by the portal or the hotel but they weren't. If I knew the fees would be so high, I wouldn't have booked here.
On top of that, we were provided only one packet of coffee for 4 days and charged $3 for another one which rubbed the wrong way.
If you are booking here, please check for any hidden/junk fees upon check-in.

Pros:

The apartment and rooms were nice and big and very clean. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the beach which btw has sea turtles on it in the evening. Excellent location.

Cons:

It was very close to the beaches and the rooms were a great size. 3 bedroom was really nice. Felt like home away from home.
