Pros:

La résidence est sympa, les dames à l’accueil sont très arrangeantes car je suis arrivée très tôt et elles m’ont donné les clés de l’entrée à la piscine pour pouvoir attendre que l’appartement soit prêt.

Cons:

L’appartement que j’ai loué était correct sans plus, mais apparemment on ne choisit pas car les photos sur le site montrent plusieurs appartements, et d’après les commentaires que j’ai lu, il y a vraiment de grandes disparités dans la qualité des appartements….
Le rapport qualité, prix n’y est pas…
Je trouve que quelques condiments de base seraient les bienvenus, et les articles de plage étaient quasiment inexistant… Une pauvre chaise de plage…

We were very happy to find a place to accommodate our small family for two nights on short notice.
Pros:

The shampoo, conditioner and lotion was nice. Glad there was a dining table and enough couch and loveseat and chairs for our family to sit.

Cons:

No air in 2nd bedroom. Pullout couch mattress was thin and very uncomfortable. We had to sleep there because of no air in 2nd bedroom. We took our shoes off to leave at front entry and the floors were incredibly dirty our feet picked up so much filth they were black on the bottom. The advertised pics didn’t belong to the unit we stayed in.

Know before you book
Pros:

No complaints about our condo. It was clean, quiet, beautifully furnished with 2 portable A/C units and well-stocked kitchen. The location is beautiful with an easy walk to Poipu Beach Park. You will need to drive to any shops.
My reason for 3 stars was the check-in process. We arrived after 10pm (1 am on our body clocks) after a late flight and car pick up. Due to construction the entrance is blocked! This was never mentioned. We had to park down the street and hike through the road construction only to be greeted by…no one. No one answered the phone used to get code for our key, ghosted by the emergency line. Thanks goodness for the night security guys who were also helping another family. Without them we would have never found our room which was on a completely different street! They even stayed to make sure we got in. Thanks guys!
Bottom line: good place stay, ask lots of questions before you book.

Wonderful family friendly complex within walking distance to beach. Would definitely go back!

Beautiful, peaceful, friendly staff, place was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Cabinets smelled musty, sharp smell most likely due to humidity. I would suggest airing out cabinets once in a while!
