Know before you book
Pros:

No complaints about our condo. It was clean, quiet, beautifully furnished with 2 portable A/C units and well-stocked kitchen. The location is beautiful with an easy walk to Poipu Beach Park. You will need to drive to any shops.
My reason for 3 stars was the check-in process. We arrived after 10pm (1 am on our body clocks) after a late flight and car pick up. Due to construction the entrance is blocked! This was never mentioned. We had to park down the street and hike through the road construction only to be greeted by…no one. No one answered the phone used to get code for our key, ghosted by the emergency line. Thanks goodness for the night security guys who were also helping another family. Without them we would have never found our room which was on a completely different street! They even stayed to make sure we got in. Thanks guys!
Bottom line: good place stay, ask lots of questions before you book.

Really nice place to stay. Quick walk to Poipu Beach.
Pros:

Location was fantastic! Quick walk down to a little section of Poipu Beach and a couple minute walk to the bigger beach where the turtles come in before sunset! Atmosphere was comfortable. We did notice that when we moved the TV out from the wall, it was really dirty behind there. Other rooms were very clean. The birds chirp all night and woke us up early every morning, but that’s just nature! We appreciated the bottle of wine, chocolates and cookies to welcome us! That was very nice! We also enjoyed sitting out on the balcony for happy hour!

Not much ventilation through unit and ac unit in bedroom not very effective . Office hours ending at 4:30 was not ideal as we were not able to access the pool that night.
