Plantation Hale Suites is a lovely, quiet location to visit.
Pros:

I arrived at exactly 4:00 pm and was helped by a security guard who called management as I had not received my entrance information as yet and was not aware there is no front desk or staff around, but you are sent the information via text. Now that I know I will be fine for the next visit.

Cons:

In the BOOKINGS app it should indicate that everything for Hale is done via text. I very much appreciated getting to book these several nights a week before arriving because my hotel reservation was accidentally cancelled somehow in Lihue. I am so THANKFUL for Bookings.com as you always, always, help me find accommodations. I never book this close to traveling but you came through again. THANK YOU, Bookings.

Comfortable and spacious; it was a great place to stay.

Would not stay on property again, first bad impression of first day in Hawaii.

Cons:

Bedroom was hot, fan was broken, no AC in room. Bath tub had hair in it upon arrival. Bed sheets and towels had stains. No comforter; fleece blanket with sheets. Bathroom door was not in good condition. Crack on countertop of bathroom sink. Room felt muggy with a weird smell. Patio sliding door was unlocked in living room upon arrival.

Està ben situat, els llits son cómodes pot ique l’espai és reduit
Hi havia suficient vaixella i cassoles, torradora i cafetera de fltre, hauria estat millor una nexpreso. Ens van deixar hna mica de café i sal, pebre i oli que vaaar molt bé.

Cons:

Les instalacios eren velles però estaven bastat netes, tot i això Van veure 3 cucarachesa l’haitació pel que van haver de vigilar ideixar totes les madtes ibossos ben tancats per precaució

We had a wonderful stay at Plantation Hale Suites. The location is excellent, close to beaches, restaurants, and shops, making it very convenient for exploring Kauai. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for our family. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and relaxing environment. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hawaii.

Pros:

Molto carino, moderno e servito. Le indicazioni per il checkin sono semplici e chiare.

Cons:

Attenzione al permesso del parcheggio, è un cartellino di plastica insignificante, a loro sarà costato 20 centesimi e se non lo riporti ti danno una penale di 50 dollari. Un furto solo per prendere più soldi possibili alla gente visto che quasi tutti se lo dimenticano.
