The location was excellent. The property has an older design, but it is clean and well maintained. The front desk area smelled very nice, and the staff was extremely helpful. They even provided free beach chairs for hotel guests and guided us about nearby restaurants and beaches. The furniture is old and could use replacement, but overall it was a pleasant stay. We would definitely recommend this place—the staff is very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is old but very well maintained. The manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. They even offered us an umbrella when it was raining outside, which was very thoughtful. The pool area is nice, and the heated pool was great—we really enjoyed our stay. Front desk staff Nikar was very helpful and made the check-in process very smooth.

We loved the fresh coffee and waffles. The breakfast attendant even provided table service, which we have never experienced at any other hotel. She was very kind and attentive.

We booked this stay as part of a longer trip. We only stayed one night, but the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The area was safe, quiet, and convenient to restaurants. The hotel stay included a hot breakfast (which was convenient).

Great location! The staff were amazing — from the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was well-trained and very professional. They even offered umbrellas when it was raining, which was such a nice touch.

1. The hotel common area looks like an old apartment building from Los Angeles.
2. The room smells of mold and mildew.
3. The bathroom is a complete disaster.
4. The sliding glass doors in the bathroom were off the track.
5. The tile floors and walls are decrepit and coming apart.
6. There are two mirrors that come to a right angle directly in front of the sink. If you look straight ahead your face is split into two pieces. You can’t shave.
7. The faucet does not have an add aerator so the water splashes everywhere and fills the area behind the sink with water.
8. The no-name toilet jammed immediately.
9. The sheets have red and black stains on them along with the towels.
10. The maid never vacuumed. The room was covered with debris when we moved in.
11. There was a dresser drawer with mounds of rotten wood inside.
12. The couch was dirty.
13. The front desk people were rid.

It was a good place. Smell in hallways and room (not sure mold of urine). Overall based on cost decent stay. Staff very nice and polite. Parking lot????

This is the third time we've stayed here. Not because it's great, but because it's convenient visiting family. Breakfast is great, available in the detatched convention center. This is a three-story building and I would love to know how to get off the first floor. Each time we stay, it seems we are downgraded room-wise. The extremely worn and tired rooms on the first floor are noisy, the furniture should be on the curb, the water pressure is laughable, and there is no shower soap or gel. Will not stay here again.

The staff was very friendly. Hotel is clean and location is close to major roadways and highways.
