We had a late arrival and staff was super friendly on check in. Plenty of parking. Gated entry to make sure car was safe.

Very clean, quiet very beautiful landscaping highly recommend will be staying again.

It was my second time staying here. It’s always comfortable, clean, it fills my needs during my stay. The parking but most of all for me I feel safe when traveling solo. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. The pool area is nice and relaxing. I had one issue and it was handle quickly. I would recommend.

Beautiful rooms, super comfortable. Far enough away from the Strip to avoid the noise, and has a shuttle.

It was very good, the location was close to the entertainment but not in the squaller of downtown.

I really like how the staff made me feel comfortable, especially being how upset I was, when I first arrived. I thought I had made reservations for the Westgate Hotel that was closer to the Strip, but while I was there to check in, I was told that I was supposed to be at your hotel, and the further away from the strip I got, the more upset I became, because my birthday was a couple of days earlier, and my drivers license had expired, so I wasn't able to rent a car, or gamble, with a few days left. Your staff seeing how upset I was, gave me an upgrade, and sincerely showed empathy towards me, and when I got to my room, I had planned to cry, however when I saw the room, my tears of sadness, turned to tears of joy, and for that, I am forever grateful. And I have been sharing your hotel pictures with everyone I've spoken to, that has asked me about my vacation. So thank you, and a big shot out to Maria who gave me the upgrade and Adrienne who kept me posted on everything happening around the hotel, or apartments.... Totally five stars all the way across the board.♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

The suite is very spacious and well organized with a full kitchen of amenities. The entire experience is relaxing and is a great place to unwind.

Everything about our stay was great. Room was exactly as shown on pictures and super clean. Was my first time booking here and will definitely be my go to destination from now on when in Vegas!

This property was such a surprise. Pool, (very mini) mini golf, ping pong, coffee shop, laundry where all a bonus to the clean comfort of thr rooms.

The staff here were absolutely amazing…so helpful, attentive, and kind! Even though my stay was brief, it was memorable because of the wonderful service and warm atmosphere. I also really appreciated the security and gated access, which made me feel safe and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others

The girl in the front went out of her way to help I drove from Santa Monica arrived in Vegas by 7 am I was very tired by 1215 she found a room Filipina very nice lady very caring I always book here for new years my fav place .. very clean

Absolutely love ANY Westgate properties and this one is no exception! Staff was GREAT! Everything about the stay was Amazing.

My TV never worked. I reported it and no response in the 3 days that I was there. I sent. Text response that the tv was not working.
Guard gate staff were excellent and always welcoming.

Nice jetted tub and pool!

We liked the layout of the resort, the kitchen and the Jacuzzi. We felt scared and uncomfortable the 2nd night because we saw a scorpion on the floor of the bathroom. Service was called and came to the room to fumigate. We had to sleep with lots of chemicals around us.

Westgate is awful for not refunding my reservation, I even stayed an other resort. It’s awful that they didn’t not refund considering the circumstances.
