Pros:

Rooms are bigger then most. Very spacious and grand.
Very Friendly staff.
Pool / Sauna /Steam bath & GYM , loved it and next to Spa.
Enjoyed the breakfast.
Good location and close to malls.
Fabulous towels and king size bed.

Cons:

Enjoy a shower instead of bathtub, which i did not have.
A little on the expensive side with some of the other hotels, but was a notch up on them :)

Pros:

El personal de recepción muy amables y simpáticos
El spa agradable , los masajes super bien !

Great accommodation with slight oversights
Pros:

Lovely, classic-style rooms with guest comfort in mind. Large TV, quality bathroom amenities and plenty of space.
Staff behave in a professional and elegant manner. Improvements could be attention to details like not hanging S-size/children size bathrobes in the room when the guest is a tall adult, or providing an outside area for guests who smoke, as the rooms have no balconies. The VIP room is a nice idea & has a great view, unfortunately I only always saw an empty tray with crumbs on it and there were no snacks at all, so don’t expect an Executive Lounge like in other hotels. Still nice to relax for a bit and have a coffee or soft drink,

Um pouco desapontante
Pros:

Quarto muito agradável, funcionários simpáticos, ótimo pequeno-almoço

Cons:

Funcionários entraram no quarto enquanto trocava de roupa, apesar de ter na porta o sinal de não incomodar.
Caiu uma grelha do ar condicionado, por sorte não em cima de alguém, mas estivemos no quarto uns 15min à espera que os funcionários a arranjassem.
Para um hotel de 5 estrelas, os funcionários não tinham o nível de treino de hotelaria que esperaria.
O jacuzzi não estava a funcionar, as luzes da piscina interior estavam desligadas e a água fria pelo que a experiência no spa foi desapontante.

地理位置离自由大街两站地并不算远；设施略旧，但性价比不错；边上是商场逛街很方便；交通便利，783直接到机场，可直接体验24路有轨小电车

The May it’s not worth what they give. There’s plenty more hotels around way better.
Pros:

The entrance it’s beautifulll. The bathrooms as well.

Cons:

For a 5 star hotel it’s not good enough at all. The breakfast it’s very simple they don’t even have a menu to ask somehtibg beside the buffet. The buffet it’s basic. The staff from night schedule are not very nice, they didn’t even walk us to the room or show us how things worked in the bedroom. Also you have to leave 50£ has deposit which is understandable but there’s no notice of that in booking. Also the staff from housekeeping keeps the stuff you leave in the room so be careful.
