Overall very happy with our stay, the room was nice, was of a good size and had a great view. My only complaint relates to the pool which only allows kids under 12 for a very short window between 12:00 and 14:00. This is a very silly time slot, because at lunchtime families are either having lunch or sightseeing in Lisbon. Would have been much more appropriate to have a morning and/or afternoon slot for kids, or instead a time which is only for adults. We booked this hotel primarily because had a pool, not realising that we would not be allowed to use it.

Las almohadas eran muy altas y duras, me han causado gran dolor de cuello. Las camas tampoco eran muy cómodas. El desayuno era aceptable pero se agradecería más variedad de quesos, solo había un queso en loncha y más calidad de fiambre también estaría bien

It’s a beautiful five star hotel with amazing and super friendly staff.
Food was great too
It’s not a good option for families with kids, there are nothing to do after your coming back from a site seeing. We booked this hotel because it has swimming pool but the family slot was only from 12 to 2 . That is the time you want to be outside in the town as a tourist. No outdoor space. Our son was so board in the evening. Also in the hotel pictures they showed a rooftop and when we asked how we can get to the rooftop we realised that the picture is the shopping center building in front of us that we had to book and pay and also it closed before sunset 😒
Jó szálloda jó helyen! Viszont be chekkolásnal kellett kifizetni a szállást ami gondolom természetes, és felszamoltak 200 € depositot amit kichekkolásnál vissza terítenek.
Nálunk viszont kichekkolásnál újra ki akarta fizettetni a teljes szállás díját amit szóvá is tettem és kértem a depositot amire azt mondta a recepciós bunkón hogy még aznap visszautalja. Ez azóta sem történt meg sajnos! A recepciós stílusa kritikán aluli!

It is in front of the mall. I walk 2 minutes to the mall for food and I love that. Eduardo park also only 10 minutes walk. I enjoy my stay in this hotel. Amazing staff and breakfast is also good. I also made some videos and review of the hotel room at my sosmed FB: Tavia Mo Hollanda.
