Disappointing on all levels

Cons:

Arrived at facility 9:45 PM after requesting late checkin. Was told no rooms available. After much waiting (45 min) staff person (Alison?Alicia?Anita?) directed us to a room in Sandpiper 1. She never once apologized for wait or inconvenience. Upon entering room (103A) noted warm air. Changed thermostat from 72° to 67° and after 20 min still warm/hot air from duct. Called/reported to front desk and was told maintenance would soon be up. Maintenance determined A/C not fixable.
He apologized and was first and only staff member to apologize for our situation.
After more contact with front staff we were sent to 603A - which had functioning A/C. Called front desk reported sofa bed had no linens. Package of linens was delivered - BUT only pillows and comforter ….. NO BED SHEETS. Awoke the next morning - attempted to call front desk to inquire about breakfast hours/location. After 6 attempts (yes 6) of waiting at least 7 minutes listening to recorded message about how wonderful this property is - I decided to abandon idea of breakfast at your facility and left. Nothing about your facility was remotely pleasing except the heartfelt apology from the kind maintenance person who was unable to fix yet another defect in your property’s presentation.

The worse expiriance
Cons:

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was not clean upon arrival, which immediately set a negative tone for the stay. There was also no available parking, which made things extremely inconvenient.

Check-in was delayed far beyond the expected time, leaving me waiting much longer than acceptable. To make matters worse, check-out was scheduled very early, giving little time to rest or enjoy the stay.

Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor organization, and inconvenience made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very clean and comfortable unit with top amenities close to plenty of shopping nearby.
Pros:

The unit was exceptionally clean upon arrival and all the amenities for cooking were available in the kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and shower was very clean with ample hot water on demand.

Cons:

The heat was not active in the unit on a cold night that required the maintenance crew to come fix it the following late morning, but with a flip of a switch in the a/c, the heat was working in less than 5 minutes of them arriving.

It was ok nothing great
Pros:

The room had a very musty smell and was very outdated. The room and facility was very clean dispite the musty smell. Definitely needs updated carpet and furniture. The property was nice with all the pools but lacks food by the main pool area.

10/10 Would Recommend
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Having a screened in balcony was top notch. We will be staying here again.
