schönes, sehr komfortables Hotel ideal für Konzerte in der Arena, da nur kurze Gehdistanz

Gutes Stadthotel
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage in Verona, fußläufig ist man in ca. 10 Minuten an der Arena.
Der Check-In hat super funktioniert, wir waren kurz nach 12 Uhr im Hotel und haben sofort ein Zimmer bekommen. Freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, nichts besonderes.
Leider hatte unser Zimmer eine Verbindungstüre und deshalb konnte man den Streit im Nachbarzimmer mitten in der Nacht gut hören.

Hotel is in an excellent location very close to the arena in Verona and near to all the major sights
Pros:

Large, comfortable room. Large bathroom with stand alone shower. All very clean.

Hard pillows!

Pros:

This hotel is ideally located between the Arena and the train station, which makes trips to Venice / Lake Garda easy. It’s well sign posted.
The staff are extremely friendly and efficient. They let us into our room at 10am instead of 3pm which was very kind and unparalleled amongst other hotels we have stayed at.
The breakfast was lovely and the room was comfortable.
We would definitely stay here again.

Sauberes Zimmer, Bett sehr bequem, genügend Stauraum. Badezimmer mit Haartrockner, Shampoo, genügend Handtücher ausgestattet. Minibar vorhanden.

Does the job but not luxurious.
Pros:

The location is convenient walk into the center. The rooms were bright and spacious and the bathroom was clean and spacious. Small but workable gym but as it is small it is overcrowded and people smoking in balcony deck door that opens in the gym .

Cons:

The bar is not attended to and no precessional bar tender there. The lobby is old and dark and nothing much there. We checked out on the marathon day and no one told us that the road going out would be closed at all from the hotel. We struggled to get to the airport on time as all roads were closed. As a hotel there with no exit and entry - guest should have been advised. There was no available do not disturb sign so housekeeping repeatedly knocked on my door for housekeeping when I was attending an online meeting in my room. WiFi was weak in the room . Doors were thin and every sound travelled through, beds and pillows were very hard. Some things were broken in the room such as the shelve to place the luggage which was not fixed and I scratched myself placing my luggage on it.

Spacious well equipped apartment
Pros:

It's a good location. The staff were nice and the breakfast was pretty good. The apartments are big and come well equipped even with a washing machine.

Cons:

I didn't realize the apartments are not attached to the main hotel but a short walk down the street. If you have a top floor apartment the windows are only on the ceiling so there is no view.
