In desperate need of an up date and painting. Chipped paint and was old looking. The front desk lady could be a lot more helpful and kinder. Asking a question about food was a bother to her! Did not make us feel welcome at all!
The only thing I liked were the soft pillows and the king-sized bed.
I didn’t like that the carpet floors were dirty, you can tell they do not wash the carpets because I was walking, barefoot and kept feeling sticky carpet underneath my feet- VERY GROSS. I didn’t like that they placed me in the room right outside of the ice machine; every time someone grabbed ice, I could hear it from my room. I didn’t like the smell that came from the AC unit; it smelled old as if the filter needed to be replaced. I didn’t like that the entrance to the parking lot looked nothing like the picture; parking spots were very limited. And I didn’t like that they used the same soap in their dispensers for your hands and your body.

The girl at front desk did not communicate at all. Gave us a room key and was given a one bed room. We were travel as Mother and son. So we had to had to come back downstairs and was told NO other rooms available !!!! I showed her my print out and miraculously she found us a room . Was NOT happy and not even a I’m SORRY ! Clearly she hates her job.

The women who checked me in was great, apparently I had booked a handicapped room and didn't need it and changed it because she said I'd like it better...Gave me a better price too.

Carpet in the hallways on the 3rd floor need to be replaced if they are pet friendly. A/C did not get the room cooled off, toilet did not flush, hard to adjust shower temperature. Lack of secure door to the parking lot.
