Refrigerators That Don't Work
Pros:

I arrived at this location and was surprised to see I also had to pay an incidental deposit of $50. No one told me this until I arrived after 10 hours of driving. The other Comfort Suite I stayed at before did not. The place was under renovation-another surprise. I got to my room, and the refrigerator made a little sound, then stopped- no chance of cooling any food or milk. The man at the counter was nice and showed me two other rooms, saying the refrigerators don't cool much (they don't work), and both of the refrigerators were also warm inside. He said all the refrigerators there were the same- maybe a little cool. Apparently, it was known that they offer refrigerators that don't work properly, letting people think they do until they arrive. The manager said that you pull the refrigerator out, and the control is in the back, when I asked how to turn it on. I pulled out the refrigerator in my room and turned the knob- nothing until an hour later, and it was just a little cool. I called customer relations, and they said they would follow up. Any chance of a partial refund would come from the very people who knew their appliance did not work to standard. One would believe that when they say they advertise a refrigerator in the room, it works. Clearly not. They are INDEPENDENTLY owned. Any chance of storing refrigerated meds has to come from an ice bucket. I've been to many other Comfort Suites/Inn and they were great. This one needs an inspection. They knew their units did not work correctly and advertised that they had them. Choice Hotels needs to look into this site, as this Suite carries their name. I just wanted a place to stay before I had to travel again. Disappointed.

Overall we liked nothing about the hotel exception of the location. Keys were not working we had to change 3 times in 3

Everything was despicable, the service l, the rooms I have had the worst experience with this company & hotel. Lack of any hygiene or cleanliness ness I left the first moment I got there & they charge me full price & refused to give me my refund

Für 2-3 Tage ganz okay.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war spärlich, aber ausreichend. Den ganzen Tag konnte man sich Kaffee holen. Shuttle Bus zum Flughafen war vorhanden und Fahrer war freundlich und hilfsbereicht. Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Shuttlebus hätte im Umkreis von 10 Kilomentern wäre schön gewesen.

It was decent They have a nice set up. But there were a few things that could be improved.

There were numerous very big cockroaches in the swimming pool area and in stairwell I had to get several out of the pool before my daughter would even get in Also there was a sticker on the back of our door that said checkout time was 12 noon so we didn’t get out until just before noon But we had housekeeping come knocking three times before then to see if we were leaving Felt like I was being rushed out I don’t think we will stay there anymore
