We would stay again the staff were great and location was convenient
Pros:

It was convenient to the trolly the pizza place next door was awesome. The room was nice the beds were soft plenty of towels.

Cons:

Needed a dresser in the room for clothes that do not hang. Closest door handle was broken had to use a string to open it. Pool area was very hot and humid. Also pool area said no drinks yet people brought coolers and drinks

Great location and comfortable stay
Pros:

Our room was very comfortable with the best pillows and comfortable beds. The pool and lazy river were really fun and breakfast was great. You can't beat the location of this hotel if you have any plans in/around Gatlinburg!

Cons:

Some minor cosmetic work would really elevate the experience and maybe attract more guests. There's nothing though that I can say we didn't like, it's a good hotel, in a great location, for a great value

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen Balkon, obwohl wir ihn nicht gebucht hatten.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war etwas hellhörig, wir konnten die Nachbarn gut verstehen.

It's alittle off the beaten path away from the hustle and bustle of downtown,
Pros:

The staff was very friendly, the room we had to start out was nice and big, however there was a child next door to us who wouldn't shut up so we asked to move rooms, and the staff was very nice and said sure but the room gave us wasn't the same as what we paid for.

Cons:

The appearance of the hotel needs to be better. Looks old and run down on outside, inside was ok, but remember you get what you pay for

Pros:

Location and free parking was great in a well lit lot.

Cons:

Staff shortages so rooms didn’t get tidied during the stay. Breakfast wasn’t always stocked with fruit and waffle mix.
