Friendly Staff
Pros:

The staff were amazing! They were friendly and helpful. We got checked in quickly, the price was fantastic the night we went, and the pool/lazy river were just what my daughter needed to make her birthday special. The breakfast was pretty good, too.

Cons:

Not a fan of carpet in the rooms, but for the price that was definitely not a concern.

The location was good access to downtown Gatlinburg
Pros:

The price for the nights we stayed were very reasonable. The front desk guy was very nice.

Cons:

The carpet in the hallway had an unpleasant smell. It needs some remodeling and the bed was a little too hard

Pros:

The rooms were clean, and I didn’t notice any maintenance issues. The indoor heated pool, lazy river, and hot tub were great for relaxing. Breakfast was good, and the staff in that area did an excellent job keeping everything clean. The front desk staff—especially the night staff—were extremely friendly and helpful, answering questions and providing great local recommendations. Great location, within walking distance of shopping and just minutes from top attractions such as Anakeesta and Ober Mountain.

Cons:

The property has some maintenance issues in the public areas, but nothing related to cleanliness—mostly just general upkeep that can be overlooked. However, the pillows really need to be replaced. Out of the eight pillows in the room, only two or three were in good condition. I usually love having plenty of pillows, but most of these were very worn out, and that definitely affected my sleep.

The fridge and microwave are old, but they work perfectly fine. The pillows, though, were the main issue. Overall, I would still stay here again.
