Girl at the front desk was not very friendly
I liked room on 5th floor with balcony. I liked the front desk staff.
I didn’t like the noise level of traffic. I didn’t like the balcony could be accessed from another balcony by simply climbing over rail. I didn’t like that the balcony had a lot of spider webs. I didn’t like the fact that closet door was broken and could only be opened using frame and my fingernails. I didn’t like the hard mattress and the very small pillows. I didn’t like the heated pool being cold! I shivered and got out. I didn’t like the fact that when I asked about the orange juice being empty the staff person opened the dispenser and said “it’s empty” and didn’t refill it! So much for the breakfast!
Here for a volleyball tournament at Rocky Top Sports World, location was very convenient! Room was clean, beds were comfortable, noise was minimal. Front desk staff was extremely friendly!
It’s a bit of a trek down to the strip, with an uphill venture to return to the room. Not bad for younger folks but would suggest catching a trolley if your knees don’t love ya
Everything was nice.
The elevator took so long to get where it was needed. It was faster to take the steps.
The pool had way to much chlorine in it. My eyes burn rash came up on my child even with goggles it burn my child eyes
Everything was nice and clean.
Pool was a bit small.
The beds were comfortable. The guy up front was AMAZING and very helpful
This part isn't your fault, but my room stunk from the room next door. The door to our side was open like they were walking in our room. Hair on the floor, bath tub wasn't the cleanest.
It was close to everything
My only complaint was the pillows where very small. There were 4 pillows on the bed but they were so small they equaled to 2 regular size pillows.
This place had a heated pool, lazy river, and hot tub!
Nothing!
The staff and the hotel and pool
The walk to town is way too far
Outside the crowds of downtown. Nice restaurant next door. Balcony. Parking
Pool and lazy river were nice. Breakfast was great and stocked no matter what time you went.
Sheets were dirty. Like literal dirt on the sheets. Distance was a little far for walking if you have kids or older people but not impossible.
The location was good with easy access to all of the activities in Gatlinburg. The gentleman that works the front desk was absolutely wonderful. Coffee is amazing.
Hotel sat in top of a hill, made walking for seniors and children very taxing. Pictures of pool are very deceptive, pool is extremely small. The lady that works the front desk during the day was extremely rude and lacked basic customer service skills. Lobby extremely small for breakfast area, no outdoor seating.
