Clean room. Pool/lazy river and hot tub were nice and kept clean. In walking distance of the strip in gatlinburg.
The hill coming to the hotel off the gatlinburg strip is steep especially on foot.
Good
Breakfast server wasn’t friendly
The swimming pool is great and there's a lazy river which is warm, and a hot tub. You should highlight that better with some more photos it's a huge selling point especially for families with kids
The breakfast spread offers a variety of hot and cold options, as well as fruit and meat.
The beds are a bit high but comfortable.
There is a grab bar to assist you when getting in and out of the tub/shower.
There is covered free parking available in an attached parking garage.
The man who checked us in was great and stayed on top of things like replenishing the pool towels in the evening.
The incline is really steep at the entry of the hotel. The bathroom is cramped and the shower head is very low. My son had to practically do a back bend to wash.
I liked our room. The heated lazy river, heated pool, and hot tub were really nice. It would be nice if there was more than 1 tube available for the lazy river though.
I was excited that we had a jacuzzi tub in our room. But later realized it didnt work. The water to it was shut off.
Also we got to breakfast 30 minutes before it ended and the hot items were out. The breakfast lady was refusing to refill it although the breakfast room was full of customers.. She only refilled one item after my husband requested it and with an attitude.
Close to everything in Gatlinburg
Breakfast was good. Waffles, sausage, eggs, toast, bagels and more. Pool, lazy river and hot tub were nice. Our room overlooked the pool inside. Nice area. Spotted a baby bear playing across the street from the hotel. Trolley stops right next to the hotel and takes you to the aquarium. I got clean sheets, towels etc when I asked. Staff is friendly. Rate was perfect. We'd stay again here.
Wish I'd got a room with a balcony.
The indoor pool, lazy river, and jacuzzi.
Our room was off the pool it smelled of chlorine and it was musty.
Clean, safe and great location
Nothing to dislike. Met all of our needs for the trip
I like the property you get what you pay for
The bed was DEFINITELY uncomfortable
