Pros:

The room was clean and located right off strip of Gatlinburg

Cons:

Needs a lot maintenance is very ran down and needs maintaince repairs I had a king jacuzzi tub room the tub didn't even work so could not use it had no water to it then the pool and lazy river was as hot as the hot tub and it was 110 degrees if not hotter in pool room and they still had heat on and wouldn't turn it off it was ridiculous.

I will never be back.
Pros:

The gentleman at the front desk is the only good thing this property has going on.

Cons:

Roaches, leaking air conditioner, toilet that kept backing up and short in lights that made them flicker like crazy. The manager said she refunded 30$ haha but yet I still haven’t received a dime. This hotel is a joke

For the price of the rooms vs the pros and cons I listed, I would stay here again.
Pros:

The room was clean and the property was walking distance to the towns attractions. Breakfast was normal breads waffles cereals eggs and sausages.

Cons:

There was a bad odor in the rooms like they were long overdue for a deep clean. Also they have the small pillows like most hotels have now.

Awesome workers, wonderful experience!
Pros:

I loved everything about it. The room was amazing and cool when we walked in after walking in the heat. The pool was wonderful, the lazy river was my favorite!

Cons:

That the adults couldn’t swim at night. But honestly it didn’t bother me that bad.
