Our extended stay hotel is conveniently located off 45th street SW, giving you easy access to many local sites, activities and attractions. For our guests traveling by air, we are located only 10 minutes from the Hector International Airport, for easy access.

Each of our spacious and welcoming guest rooms offer a fully equipped kitchenette, free high-speed internet, 42" flat screen TV, hair dryer and an iron and ironing board. A 1,000 square foot Executive Conference Meeting Room is also available for rent.

Maintain your lifestyle, while taking advantage of hotel perks, by using our 24-7 fitness center to help you get your day started right. When you're done working out, relax your muscles in our private hot tub whirlpool.

Additional amenities include daily hot continental breakfast, an indoor heated pool, guest laundry facility, back lawn patio with fireplace and access to a grill to cook like you're at home. We supply a business center with a computer and printer for anything you may need. Very comfortable
Pros:

It was a short drive to our surgery clinic. We were able to get an early check in . Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were in briefly, out mostly, visiting with friends and attending events.
Pros:

I had some prepackaged yogurt and decaf coffee. Both were about what I expected.

Cons:

Understaffed and dirty.

1st room that was assigned to us. We opened the door & walked 3 steps in & the smell of something disgusting overtook your breath away. Went back down to the front lobby. I spoke to the young lady who checked us in. We advised her that the room was disgusting. At the time, they did not have another room.Available, so we went to the mall. Half an hour or so goes, and I receive a phone call, and a different room is ready. We eventually get back to the hotel. Got a new room assigned. This room was very spacious. The wife did notice there were boogers smeared all over the headboards. We will not be staying back at this location.

The room was huge and very comfortable.

Not that I needed the accessible room, but we had one on the second floor, but then the whole night the elevator was out of order.. just a little inconvenient if someone was in a wheelchair and needed to go somewhere during the night.
