Our extended stay hotel is conveniently located off 45th street SW, giving you easy access to many local sites, activities and attractions. For our guests traveling by air, we are located only 10 minutes from the Hector International Airport, for easy access.

Each of our spacious and welcoming guest rooms offer a fully equipped kitchenette, free high-speed internet, 42" flat screen TV, hair dryer and an iron and ironing board. A 1,000 square foot Executive Conference Meeting Room is also available for rent.

Maintain your lifestyle, while taking advantage of hotel perks, by using our 24-7 fitness center to help you get your day started right. When you're done working out, relax your muscles in our private hot tub whirlpool.

Pros:

Spacious room with the two queens and sofa bed. Room was clean. The public areas are starting to show some aging, but nothing overly concerning. Breakfast room doesn’t have a lot of table room, but the food was good.

It was good. Comfortablde but the volume did not work on the remote for the TV.

Cons:

Room was good but WAY smaller than website picture. I showed a large couch and a chair instead we got a small couch and no chair. The website showed a POOL with large slide instead there was a little pool in the adjacent hotel. We really like having a full sized fridge.
Also we locked ourselves out and there was no way to get ahold of the front desk. It has just closed and our phone was in the room with our key. There should be a phone and emergency number to call. We knocked and did get our son awake to let us in. Thank goodness or we would have had to sleep in the car.

IMPORTANT:
When I checked in I told the receptionist I would be paying for my stay with CASH, USA Funds but when I went to check out they had charged my Canadian Credit Card and now I have to pay an extra fee which I should be compensated for. I had US Cash and exspected to use it instead of having to pay a FEE plus a high exchange rate. The staff needs to read the chart. I really do expect compensation for this.

No parking due to larger utility trucks taking up 15 spots, bathroom was not clean. Stains on carpets in hallway and in room.

Not worth the money I spent! Wish I would've taken pictures for my review.

That our room had a mini kitchen in it.

Cons:

Lots, the hot tub was not hot and the pool had a weird haze, so msny stains on the hallway carpets, the elevator hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. Vending machines didnt work when we told the front desk they said we would have to contact some other company to get our money back. They couldn't make us a room key when we got there and then told us we could wait in the lobby until they could get it fixed. We asked to be let into our room instead. It room about 2 hours to get us a key. The stay was not worth the money I paid. I looked a photos and reviews before booking and none of them reflected how poorly maintained the whole inside was.

Pros:

The location was great. It was right off the highway in a newer part of Fargo. Restaurants and shopping everywhere

Cons:

Very overpriced for dirty older hotel. The carpets throughout the hotel are trashed, and the elevator is disgustingly dirty. Skip the useless continental breakfast.

Clean, convenient, affordable, family friendly.
Pros:

Super friendly staff. Very clean room and facility. We were happy to find a hotel suite with a private bedroom with a door. Very apartment-like, with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, and utensils. Easy to quickly book our room last minute while we were traveling. Good variety of breakfast options. The business center was convenient to print some documents. We would stay there again.

Cons:

The mattress on the pull-out sofa was very uncomfortable.
