Very disappointing and hotel not recommended to anyone.
Pros:

The refrigerator was VERY LOUD with a rattle and was not cooling properly; when management was informed, they said they did not have any other room to offer us and that they would send maintenance to look at it - they did not come to look at it. We ended up staying but had to turn the refrigerator off which had an impact on items we had brought for our stay - and no ice machine to help provide cooling option. Staff was nice but the overall stay was less than expected. When checking-out in morning, there was no one at front desk just a phone to reach management - I was told we'd receive a discount on our next stay! Next stay!! I think not!!
