Overall, an excellent stay: clean, quiet, pleasant.
Pros:

I was only staying in Rochester one night, so I didn't need much. The room was clean with plenty of room for one person to spread out and be comfortable. The hot water was plentiful, and the shower had nice water pressure. Even if I had to stay in the area longer, I would recommend staying here.

Cons:

This is personal preference, but I found the beds to be a bit on the hard side and for their grab and go breakfast, I wish there was some kind of fruit available. A few bananas, apples or oranges would qualify for grab and go and be a welcome addition to the muffins and breakfast bars they offer.

Definitely will NOT return or recommend.

Convenient location to get where you need to go.

Cons:

The property needs some serious deep cleaning. The floors of the room we had were absolutely filthy (wiped a dry paper towel across the floor and it was practically black), the beds are hard as a rock, and the floor in our room was horribly warped/unlevel and the chairs and table that had wheels constantly rolled across it. Any suites we’ve booked elsewhere were stocked with dishes/pans/etc, you have to request what you’d like from the front desk. The “breakfast included” is granola bars, muffins, and coffee for the most part. There were a handful of people that were just hanging around the hotel day and night that also made us uncomfortable.

We ended up taking the loss on $ and checked out a day early because of how gross and uncomfortable the room was.

Last minute room request
Pros:

Called at the last minute due to hardship and they had a handicap room available. The front desk person, Tia was VERY helpful! I will definitely stay here again!!!

All good except for the bed, which is what the whole stay is really for.
Pros:

Staff were very polite and pleasant. Entire place was very clean. And welcoming. The room was spotless.

Cons:

The bed was hard as a rock. I woke up with a sore back and now, 24 hours later, it is still just as sore.
This is why my overall score was so much lower. Everything else was great, but staying in a hotel is all about having a comfortable night of sleep, which I did not get.
