Beautiful views, wonderful service, perfectly comfortable
Pros:

Absolutely loved it! We had an incredible suite, the staff was incredibly friendly, the breakfast was wonderful, it was quiet, well situated, etc etc etc. I'm so bummed this is going to cease to be a Hyatt hotel (or maybe a hotel, period?!) because we definitely would have stayed again. My ONLY complaint is that we requested an early check in after a red eye flight with our kids, and not only did we not get it, but our room was still not even ready at regular check in time. That said though, the staff did their best to make up for it and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing room view!
Pros:

I picked this hotel for my short transit stay in Frankfurt for its views and it didn’t disappoint.
Room is basic with a nice big bathroom and small kitchenette.
Bed was comfy but the view of the river, bridges and skyline was breathtaking especially in the early hours of the morning.
Breakfast was poor at all aspects I would look for another option outside the hotel next time.
Front desk agents during check in / check out were polite and helpful.
Room was super quiet and convenient.

Lage, Blick auf Frankfurt, ruhiges Schlafen, Frühstück, Pool, Sauna, Bademäntel auf dem Zimmer, großes Zimmer

Cons:

Im Zimmer roch es seltsam - ältere Polstermöbel darin sind vielleicht der Grund?

Schöne Lage und toller Ausblick in geräumiger Suite
Pros:

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer, sehr schöne Aussicht und sehr komfortables Bett. Sehr gute Ausgangslage für Stadtbummel und zum Ausgehviertel - schön am Main gelegen.

Cons:

Leider zu wenige Sitzplätze beim Frühstück. Bad bräuchte eine Renovierung. Möblierung auch nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß. .
Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht ganz.
