Alton at the front desk has been 110% amazing. My granddaughters, my son and daughter in law and I needed a place to stay after our cruise returned to Ft. Lauderdale cruise port and he welcomed us so kindly. He helped us to keep the kids busy, told us where we could eat in the area and helped set us up with the shuttle to the airport. Bc of how wonderful he was today we are booking this hotel again and I’m advising the rest of my family to book their five rooms for spring 2027 for their cruise hotel before and after the actual cruise. In addition the shuttle service was well organized and the property is well maintained inside and out. Please make sure that Alton and his co-worker Abdul are recognized for their friendliness, professionalism and being so kind when helping so so many customers as the flow of guests did not stop for hours. I can’t believe how nice thy all were with so many guests constantly walking in the doors and asking for so may things. I look forward to returning to your hotel and spending some extra days before our next cruise.
I had a very pleasant stay at the Hampton Inn Ft. Lauderdale Airport North Cruise Port. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very convenient if you’re arriving by plane or heading to a cruise. The rooms were spacious, well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
One of the best features is the airport shuttle service. The shuttle from Fort Lauderdale Airport to the hotel was easy to arrange, punctual, and made the arrival completely stress-free. After a long flight, having that quick and reliable transfer made a big difference and saved both time and money.
Overall, it’s a great option for travelers who need a convenient place near the airport or cruise port. Between the comfortable rooms, good service, and especially the shuttle convenience, I would definitely stay here again.
The location was good and the room spacious and clean
The airport shuttle had limited hours and we needed to take an Uber for our 7:00AM flight
The breakfast was amazing .
The hallway on our floor was very dirty and our shower was not clean had long hair left inside the shower .
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. We had just gotten off a cruise and were winding down our vacation, so we traveled from Miami to Ft. Lauderdale in preparation of flying out the following day.
The hotel was mobbed. People everywhere. Outside the hotel, in the lobby, around the pool and in the middle of the hallways was a sea of people. Abdul and Alton were great; they recognized our status, held our bags for us and gave us recommendations for food and for transportation the following morning with our 5:40 am flight.
Good customer service is rare these days. It is even more rare when a million random travelers are converging on the same hotel with a couple of people to handle them all.
Everything has been great with our trip so far! The shuttle bus driver picked us up right outside the airport with zero wait time, we checked in very early and Abdul and Alton put us on an early arrival room waitlist. They recommended local places for lunch and offered to store our bags using a tag system. We ultimately decided to wait in the clean lobby and were given cool water and access to tea and coffee. The pool looks lovely and from what we have seen and experienced so far, we will be back.

Location is great for pre-cruise stay. Camara was very helpful with getting us a room early for a child to take a nap.
Great service with a delicious breakfast
We use the facility for their days pass so we didn’t go past the lobby areas. But Alton and Abdul were very helpful and courteous. We were using the facility for a day pass because our flight after our cruise was many hours later. They stored our luggage in their office and allowed use to go explore while we waited to go to the airport for our flight letsr
Nice place and nice staff, clean rooms, and nice atmosphere stayed for a night because flight got cancelled and was conveniently near the airport.

I would like to let you know that I said at the Hampton Inn in Fort Lauderdale and it was excellent. I had to stay as my flight to Philly was cancelled. I walked in frazzled and the first person I met w/the greatest smile was Alton. He has the greatest customer service that I haven't since in awhile. He made me feel at home and gave me all the information on the area such as the restaurants, stores, etc. He made sure I felt at home, always saying hi when he saw me, friendly and I mean 100 % professionalism. As a solo traveler trying to get back home, I choose an airport hotel so when I got a flight back I was close. I have never used an airport hotel before but it was exceptional with nice rooms/great public area. Also a shout to Abdul who was also as great as Alton. I have told everyone I know to use the Hamilton airport if they are planning on being in the area. Thank so much again.
