Under construction and looks like owner does not stress importance to detail nor spends for repairs

There was nothing that stood out above standard to poor for this facility. The location was good given my travel reason but nothing else.

Cons:

Staff were not helpful and seemed annoyed at requests: Issues: Breakfast was subpar- Powdered eats and watered down juice, Under construction so pool was closed, no sheets given for fold out, not give the room requested, no hand soap in the restroom, room phone did not work , internet weak, only two towels given for 3 guests, toilet was repaired with Hvac tape. Ice machine did not work ,and when items such as sheets were requested staff could not bring them to the room.

Stay was comfortable - evening staff not nice.
Pros:

Holiday Inn is always my first choice when I travel - I moved my reservation from Hampton Inn to Holiday Inn when I saw there was Holiday Inn in the same area.

Cons:

The staff helping in the evening was not nice - they made me feel very uncomfortable.

As for the morning crew they were helpful.

Pros:

It’s next to a big shopping mall and there are quite a few restaurants near by. Felt good except my room’s key didn’t work most of the time and i had to change the room the next day. The breakfast was good with three hot items and regular stuff. Will stay at this place again.

Great Hotel -- But Didn't Know About Renovations
