I did not enjoy this hotel.
Pros:

the location was great. 5 mins to the neareast train station.

Problems with “Club Hotel”

That’s just insane! We have to celebrate birthday in club hotel and reception didn’t care at all about that. We asked about simple glasses for champagne they offered paper cups. We asked about coffee cups which actually stand there and they said no, you can’t take them. It’s absolutely not normal, like we are going to steal this dishes. It’s never happened before, any hotel trying to help with anything you need. And “club hotel” does not care about guests, and doesn’t know about service and even argue about it while being annoyed. This is only one problem with Club hotel. If you paid for breakfast in advance, you waste your money, it is not a breakfast worth walking to another hotel for. If you wish to eat breakfast, You will have to eat breakfast for 7€ down the street at hotel ariston. Club hotel will only serve coffee and croissants For 3€. Club hotel does not sanitize the rooms. And you have to leave to key at the front desk when you go out every time. The bed was made without a fitted sheet. And the comforter is from a 1962 horror movie. I know this is more like a review, but I hope booking.com can assist us anyway possible while we still have 2 nights left. I would like to check out now and receive a refund for the rest of my reservation.
