Our stay was acceptable overall, but unfortunately it did not meet our expectations.

We booked a room with a balcony, but were given one without a balcony instead. When we asked if it was possible to change rooms, we were told that all the other rooms were already occupied and that we should have checked in earlier. This was disappointing, as we had specifically paid for a room with a balcony.

Some of the staff members were not particularly friendly or welcoming, although others were helpful. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom could definitely be improved. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the shower.

Another inconvenience was the room key. It was attached to a large wooden block with the room number, which made it bulky and uncomfortable to carry. I believe there are much more practical ways to make the keys easy to identify without making them so inconvenient.

Overall, the stay was acceptable, but because of these issues, I personally would not choose to stay here again.
