Nie mehr in diesem Hotel
Pros:

Nichts. Die Lage war perfekt, aber ich wuerde das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen. Es ist schmutzig, alt, dunkle Beleuchtung, alte Moebel. Es riecht unangenehm und vorallem war das Personal nicht kompetent, gleichgueltig und unfreundlich

Cons:

Das Personal am Empfang nicht kompetent. Leider sprechen sie schlechtes italienisch und kaum Englisch, somit war die Komunikation sehr schierig. Wenn ich in Italien bin erwarte ich, dass das Personal zumindest die Landessprache und Englisch perfekt sprechen. In einem Zimmer fand ich im Badezimmer den Boden unter Wasser, da Wasser aus der Toilette (am Bodenrand) rauskam, das Personal wusste nicht wie mit dieser Situation umzugehen. Es wurde nicht repariert und es wurde mir kein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Im Zimmer meiner Freundin fand sie Kaefer (cimice di letto). Auch hier war das Personal nicht kompetent und unfreundlich.
