Die Klimaanlage ist schmutzig. Alles ist stark abgenutzt. Fleckige Stellen. Satelliten TV in der heutigen Zeit. Das WLAN ist sehr schlecht für Streamingdienste d,ie man nutzen müsste, wenn man kein italienisches Fernsehen gucken möchte. Kein Abstellraum für Fahrräder aber ich habe es mit auf das Zimmer genommen.

Absolute Vollkatastrophe, diese Bruchbude hat mit einem Hotel absolut nichts zu tun. Die Bilder auf Booking sahen völlig akzeptabel aus, aber die Realität war ein kompletter Schock. Das, was dort auf den Bildern gezeigt wird, und das, was man tatsächlich vorfindet, sind für uns zwei völlig verschiedene Welten.

Wir hatten das Hotel nur für eine Nacht gebucht, weil wir einen Besuch in Venedig gemacht haben und lediglich eine Unterkunft zum Schlafen brauchten, nicht einmal für einen längeren Aufenthalt oder Urlaub. Unsere Erwartungen waren also wirklich nicht hoch. Wir wollten einfach nur eine saubere Unterkunft für die Nacht.

Wir haben gestern eingecheckt und die Anlage nach nicht einmal 10 Minuten fluchtartig wieder verlassen. Das Zimmer wirkte auf uns verdreckt und absolut unhygienisch. Die Bettwäsche war verschmutzt, das Bett nicht einmal gemacht und der gesamte Zustand hat einfach nur Ekel ausgelöst. Dazu haben wir Tiere/Insekten wahrgenommen, spätestens da war Schluss.

Die ganze Atmosphäre wirkte auf uns heruntergekommen, ungepflegt und einfach nur widerlich. Statt einfach nur ein paar Stunden zu schlafen, hatten wir sofort das Bedürfnis, nur noch wegzukommen.

Das Schlimmste, noch bevor wir ins Auto gestiegen sind, mussten wir uns aus purem Ekel umziehen, weil wir ernsthaft Angst hatten, dass irgendwelche Viecher an unserer Kleidung hängen und mitkommen könnten. So etwas habe ich in meinem Leben noch nie erlebt.

Und als Krönung gab es nicht einmal eine Rückerstattung, obwohl wir praktisch direkt wieder gegangen sind und dort keine Nacht verbracht haben.

Am Ende haben wir uns sogar wohler dabei gefühlt, die Nacht im Auto zu verbringen, als auch nur eine Nacht dort zu schlafen. Dass man freiwillig das Auto einem Hotelzimmer vorzieht, sagt eigentlich alles.

Und ganz ehrlich, Ich frage mich ernsthaft, warum Booking diesem Hotel überhaupt noch Gäste vermittelt und es nicht längst aus dem Programm nimmt.
