Cons:

Stayed at 4 other IHG in the last year and this was the worst.

Sap from trees gets on your car. Paint cans holding down yellow caution signs. Been there so long, the cans were rusting on the asphalt at the entrance. Pool area nasty. Put up furniture when not in season. Wall of elevators dirty. Elevators did not work properly. Had to get desk clerks help. Door would not close.

Great location and friendly staff!
Pros:

We had a great stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, our room was spotless, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. Rodney went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a fun day out.

Cons:

The walls are thin, so we had to use a white noise maker to drown out the folks in the neighboring room.

For $317 that night I would say my stay was subpar.

Bathroom wasn’t up to par. It was someone hair on the floor and in the shower. Top cover on the bed was dirty. Other than that it was ok

Loved the customer service from Nathaniel. He is reason I would return.
