Loved the customer service from Nathaniel. He is reason I would return.

Breakfast was good and the location was fine for what I came to this location area for.

Cons:

I didn't like how the deliveries being done by the trucks blocking the front parking lot when you need to leave???

Pros:

Pros:

Close to everything down town but away from the noise. Easy walk to Peace Center for our show and many great food options. Many other nearby hotels charged for parking but not Holiday Express- A value added bonus! Excellent beds and bathrooms!

Cons:

Breakfast was typical free buffet but did have some hot items - not highest quality but a nice free option - we ate it 2 of our 3 morning s.

The pool wasn't available that was very disappointing as I was looking forward to it!

TV remote is not user friendly!

We ended up in a room right underneath the dining room so early in the morning we could hear all the noise from chairs scraping the floor it was very loud!

Pleasant, comfortable, I love Greenville and would stay here again.
Pros:

The personal attention we received. Everyone went out of their way to express how grateful they were that we chose to stay with them.

Cons:

The people next to us, they stayed up all night with kids slamming doors and talking.
Not the hotels fault. Some people should not have children.

Felt a bit pricy for the few nights but overall had a great stay! Would recommend !
Pros:

First off each staff member I spoke with was very friendly. I was unaware of their policy to provide toiletries to guests (toothbrush, shaving cream, razors etc) which was really nice. Room came withe a fridge/clothing iron/hair dryer which is nice. Otherwise I had a clean room which is great and what you would hope for. Breakfast was “meh”, but tough to complain about complimentary/quick food to get out the door. Didnt try any other amenities, pool seemed grimy but I had no intention of using it anyway.
