This is my favorite place to stay in downtown Greenville.
Pros:

The staff at this hotel is fantastic!! We checked in early, situated the cars and were off to matinee performance. The breakfast has fresh fruit and yogurt along with eggs and meats and pancakes, a large variety. Love this place!!

I like hotel and access to DT Greenville. Cleanliness is hit or miss. Overall doable.
Pros:

Most staff was nice and helpful. Room was usable.

Cons:

Carpet was dirty. Ice dispenser looks moldy. Bathroom floor wasn't clean. Hearing emplotmyees use profanity. Cigarette smokers smoke in the path of ppl entering and exiting the building.

Stayed at 4 other IHG in the last year and this was the worst.

Sap from trees gets on your car. Paint cans holding down yellow caution signs. Been there so long, the cans were rusting on the asphalt at the entrance. Pool area nasty. Put up furniture when not in season. Wall of elevators dirty. Elevators did not work properly. Had to get desk clerks help. Door would not close.
