très agréable séjour à l'Ibis Centre de Rennes, nous reviendrons
Pros:

le petit dej' était très sympa. Le personnel des plus professionnels et serviables.

Cons:

attention au sur-matelas...mon mari un peu fort d'embonpoint est tombé du lit car le sur-matelas n'était pas fixé et ensemble ils sont tombés par-terre !

Great stay in the heart or Rennes. Could walk to shop and explore. Would stay agin.
Pros:

We booked this last minute as not to stay in Paris during the riots. The location was perfect. We wanted right next to the train station. The room was clean and spacious. Very happy with our choice.

Le séjour dans cet hôtel était médiocre.

L’emplacement

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n’était pas bon. L’hygiène n’était pas respectée toujours. Les plateaux qui sont tombés, sont remis directement sur les plateaux propres.
Le personnel n’était pas à l’écoute et pas arrangeant.
Il ne donnait pas d’importance à nos demandes.

La taille et l’aménagement de la chambre: moins de 12 m/ ,lavabo dans la chambre,pas la place de oser une valise ,profits de toilette vasi inexistants,toilettes dans un placard avec la douche largeur 70 cm a peu près

l'amabilité et le sourire du personnel

Cons:

Le prix ( avec le travail j'ai un budget et je vois ce budget qui reste tel quel mais les prix des hôtels ont considérablement augmenté.
