Decent but not exceptional. Would not book again.
Pros:

The pool was nice. The nighttime staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The beds and pillows were not comfortable at all.

Pros:

Great price for the suite room. Clean and newer updated rooms.

Cons:

Hot tub was insanely heavily chlorinated, burned our eyes. Breakfast was ok but too much prepackaged foods.

The staff was friendly, indoor pool.

Cons:

Parking was always full in the front so if your handicap you had a long way to get into building. They need a sign to only park on one side of drop off/unloading area.

Great stay near American Music Theater and Outlets
Pros:

Everything was designed for comfort and convenience. Great bathroom layout, roomy vanity, nice shower. Comfortable bed and chairs. Full TV channel selection. Nice fridge and microwave. Great selection at breakfast with coffee, cocoa, cookies, and enhanced water 24/7. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout. Location great - near Tanger Outlets, American Music Theater, Park City Center mall, and countless restaurants.

Cons:

Kuerig splattered a bit while brewing. No freezer in the mini fridge.

My stay was Amazing!! I'd go back again
Pros:

Best hotel stay of my life! I'd book them again when I travel to Lancaster, Pennsylvania. I really enjoyed the hot tub experience. It was my first time in a hot tub and it exceeded my expectations. I love ❤️ it!!!!

Cons:

Room was great, staff was great, food was great, and tge bed was great!!!! There wasn't anything that I didn't like. My stay was Amazing!!!!!!

An amazing Hotel that makes you feel like home

It’s a very clean place. The pool was great. The whole place feels like home. The rooms are very spacious. Overall the best stay ever!! Breakfast at s amazing.

The two lady’s, at front desk not sure if they worked night or morning but when it came to check in they was both sweet and awesome! Will most definitely comeback again !
