Overpriced, dirty, front desk staff were rude and very unprofessional.
Pros:

Location was the only decent thing.

Cons:

Our room was filthy. The sheets had hair on them! We had to sleep on top of the beds. The shower had long black hair in the drain. Mini fridge was rusted all across the bottom.

Loved the location!

Cons:

The tub is super slippery! Put a towel down in the tub for a shower. I fell in the shower. First time in my life I fell the the shower.

We didn’t stay because the room smelt like mold
Cons:

It smelt like mold, my throat started to itch, started coughing and my head started hurting. We asked to be moved to another room and the other room was being maintenance with the AC unit pulled out and full of mold. So we did not stay there, my health was more important. I had to take an allergy pill as soon as I left. The employees kept my husband’s drivers license and couldn’t tell him they had it when he called. He had to drive all the way back over there and ask if they had it. Will not recommend this place. Smelt dirty and looked dirty

The location is perfect, you can see is an old property, however they renovated and it looks very nice

Very disapointed.
Cons:

The pool deck and walkways were covered in bird poop. We reported this to the front desk. Was not cleaned or remedied during our stay. Loungers in pool area were mostly worn out and dirty. On your website it shows amenities that are no longer there. False advertising. Our room was sufficent, not what we expected or paid for.
