Bed was great. Large room
The shower was atrocious. There was no pressure and it just dribbled out of the large shower rose. Additionally, the water was luke warm even when I had it turned right up to full hot. Very disappointing
Location was excellent for our purposes, close to trams and had accessible parking.
Walking distance to Brunswick, Sporting Centre and the Zoo.

Cleanliness and attention to detail appeared to be lacking, paint splatters on tiles in bathroom and balcony aswell as in the lift, silicone around shower was average.
Downpipes entering backdoor was rusted out at the top, rain was falling heavily and causing water to fall below on the walkway.
Carpark has a lot of rubbish and loose debris.
Great location right opposite Princes Park and on the tram line. Big room with a big window onto the park. Super clean. Easy booking, nice comms, friendly and professional staff.
Nothing really. Water pressure isn’t terrific but that’s not the hotel’s fault! The shower was still lovely.

It was quite noisy, you could hear people in other rooms and in the corridors.
Location, availability, the pool may have been nice but didn’t get to use it. Shower was modern, wifi.
Beds didn’t have mattress protectors, walls were covered with dents and dirt marks, no toilet paper holder, sheets very thin, nearby neighbours playing music all night - didn’t sleep!

The lobby is very well presented and staff are kind.
The room was not very clean at all and smelt like cigarettes. The bathroom was probably the worst part the shower was moldy. There was someone's hair on the bathroom wall, the skink was cracked and the shower was broken so it squirted up on the roof and you had gross shower/roof water on you. There was also no shower door so the whole bathroom basically flooded. Also the water in the shower was like warm at best.
The bed was so uncomfortable as well and you were given two sheets so it was freezing even though there was a heater in the room.
