Old, unmaintained, dirty floor

Some quite dated rooms, a bit of paint in the toilets to do a refresh would be a simple improvement.

It might just be due to location, up in the cliffs, but there was a unpleasant odour in the room.

We honestly have never experienced anything like this before. Arriving at a hotel in such poor condition is completely unacceptable. Our holiday was ruined from the moment we arrived.

The room was absolutely disgusting and extremely dirty. There was mold on the walls, making it impossible for us to let our children stay in the room. This is a serious health hazard.

The bathroom was covered in mold in every corner, and the faucet was heavily covered in limescale. Everything was extremely dirty.

The paint was peeling off everywhere, starting from the moment you enter the reception area.

The luggage trolley was literally falling apart. This is simply not something you can present to paying guests.

The bed our children were supposed to sleep in was falling apart. The fabric was torn, and it was so old and filthy that it should never be placed in a hotel room.

The towels were covered with yellow stains, which appeared to be rust or mold.

The air conditioning leaked brown water onto us and onto our clothes.

We were informed that the hotel had a private beach, a beach club, and a beach bar.

However, the beach was overcrowded with people, and there were bottles, cans, and rubbish everywhere. There was a young man standing there who did not even greet us when we arrived.

There were no available sunbeds - perhaps around ten in total - and they were all permanently occupied with crumpled towels. When we asked if we could buy something from the beach bar, we were told it was closed.

The entire area was dirty and poorly maintained. It looked more like a party beach for young people than a private beach belonging to a four-star hotel.

It is completely unacceptable to check guests into a hotel advertised as a four-star property when it is in this condition.

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel müsste ganz dringend saniert werden.

Onderhoudstoestand en inrichting/afwerking accommodatie , alsmede aangeboden ontbijt komen totaal niet overeen met de gevraagde prijs. Prijs per nacht zeker 70 procent te hoog.

The room’s windows opened onto a cour anglaise. There was a slight mouldy smell coming from the air conditioning, but the windows had no insect screens, so we couldn’t leave them open to air the room properly.

All’interno la struttura non è all’altezza di un 4 stelle a Portofino nel del prezzo che ha. Pavimenti e muri rotti in più punti. Specchio dell’ascensore molto sporco. Camera su strada rumorosa.

O pessoal que trabalha na recepção, tanto o do dia como o da noite foram totalmente grosseiros em todas as vezes em que precisamos de algo, como se fosse um favor o que estavam fazendo. Empatia e gentileza não existe.

The interiors are very dated

Hotel is basic but you stay here for the bay/sea and proximity to Portofino. Breathtakingly beautiful.

It needs renovation, but it's worth it for the price and location.

Room was spacious but needs renovation. Breakfast was very limited with drinks served in plastic cups?? not sure why but have not seen this anywhere else and felt it was not appropriate for the level of property and price paid.
