Pros:

A beautiful place, picturesque view from the balcony, welcoming staff and so on. Breakfast was satisfying

Pros:

The location was good, just 5-7 min walk from the city center. The view from the room was beautiful. The staff was nice at our arrival, they welcomed us, helped with the luggage. The rooms were spacious. The breakfast was really good!

Cons:

Didn’t like the lack of transparency regarding the car parking. They acted like if they would place the car at their garage, for free but then we were charged 40 Euros for a night. They should have informed us about the price beforehand.

Really lovely classical hotel in a beautiful place
Pros:

First, the staff were truly exceptional. Not only was nothing too much, they proactively anticipated your needs and suggested things before you even thought of them yourself. The hotel decor is simply gorgeous - real class Italian seafront design - and our bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I can member.

Cons:

Not having access to our car. For most people thi would be a non issue, but with restricted mobility it did reduce our options to fully experience Portofino (though the staff were brilliant in suggesting how they could fix that).

кровать была мягкой и удобной. завтрак прекрасный.
всё чисто

Cons:

очень шумно работал кондиционер ночью и мешал спать. окна расположены настолько низко, что нельзя открыть окна и шторы.
нет парковки. 7 минут пешком до парковки

Cons:

Purtroppo il nostro soggiorno non è stato all’altezza delle aspettative, soprattutto considerando il livello e il prezzo della struttura. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la camera in condizioni poco curate: mancavano le federe, le lenzuola non erano pulite e sul pavimento c’erano una forcina e alcuni insetti morti (cimici). Inoltre ci è stato assegnato un divano letto in una camera disposta su due piani, collegati da una scala a chiocciola, soluzione decisamente scomoda avendo con noi una carrozzina e un neonato di quattro mesi. Anche la colazione, non inclusa, aveva un costo spropositato di 25 euro a persona.
In base alla nostra esperienza, non ci sentiamo di consigliare questo alloggio.
