Pros:

Check in and out was easy. Valet service was friendly and information. Provided assistance in finding a great bakery too! Location couldn't have been better for us.

Cons:

Shower floor material was very slick when wet - bordering on dangerous.

Beautiful place to stay in beautiful Old Quebec City
Pros:

We stayed in a large room on the second floor facing the square. It was incredibly quiet in the room, and the room, bathroom and bed were very comfortable and nice. We enjoyed the location which was near so much in Old Quebec City. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Loved our stay at the Clarendon
Pros:

We loved the location of the hotel within Old Quebec City. Everything is nearby and walkable. The hotel is very comfortable, quiet and clean. The restaurant attached is an good place for dinner and breakfast.

Cons:

The room was a little dark for us. We would have liked better lighting and a nightlight in the bathroom.

Historisches Hotel in hervorragender Lage mit wohltuend freundlichem und aufmerksamem Service – eines der besten Hotels
Pros:

Die hervorragende zentrale Lage in Québec City, der besondere Charakter des historischen Hotels und vor allem das freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Das Zimmer war angenehm und sauber. Nach vielen unterschiedlichen Hotelerfahrungen während unserer Rundreise war das Clarendon für uns eines der besten Hotels. Hier hatten wir wieder das Gefühl, als Gäste wahrgenommen und willkommen geheissen zu werden.

Cons:

Insgesamt nur Kleinigkeiten. Das Hotel ist historisch und entsprechend merkt man dem Gebäude an einigen Stellen sein Alter an. Dies hat unseren positiven Gesamteindruck jedoch kaum beeinträchtigt.
