Pros:

C’est uniquement emplacement.
Personnel non souriant . Déjeuner tout très froid . Souper très froid dans assiette . Serveur s’est tenu debout derrière ma chaise à discuter avec un groupe de musiciens à voix haute .
Vraiment déçue….

Cons:

Les déjeuners tout est froid . Souper nourriture froide , serveur trop occupé à jaser au lieu de nous apporter nos assiettes lorsque prêt.

Un superbe séjour !
Pros:

Merci pour ce superbe séjour à Tadoussac. Séjourner dans cet hôtel mythique était selon moi un incontournable et je ne regrette pas du tout. Un bel hôtel à l’ancienne où tout le monde se plie en 4 pour vous satisfaire. Le lobby est très agréable, nous avons pu jouer au puzzle, bouquiner près d’un bon feu de cheminée… La literie était très confortable avec des vraies couettes en plumes. Nous avons adoré le petit déjeuner complet !

Cons:

L’hôtel n’est pas super bien insonorisé mais si vous êtes fatigués vous ferez abstraction ! 😀

Great place, great view and a real iconic historic hotel not to be missed. Would stay again.
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located and beautiful from all vantage points. We had a garden view and last time there we had the water view but surprisingly I was just as happy with the garden view. Oh and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel is really quiet at night so great for sleeping.

Cons:

The front desk person was surprisingly cold and somewhat rude. I was stunned by her first words to me being, "I need a piece of ID, instead of "Welcome to the Hotel Tadoussac". She continued to be cold, did not provide our room number and basically never smiled once. I thought it was us but I saw this same scenario with everyone else. Anyway, other staff were very helpful.

Perfect spot for a tadousac experience
Pros:

Lovely position and the staff were really helpful
Everything we needed for a few days here
Breakfast was very good and we used the games room and the bar
Easy to get to local cafes bars and of course the whale watching

Cons:

Nothing we liked its slightly dated charm

Pros:

l'hôtel est localisé dans un endroit magnifique et dégage une impression de grandeur. Il y a un très beau jardin avec vue sur la baie du fleuve St Laurent

Cons:

Pour le prix qu'on a payé avec un surplus pour avoir une vue sur la baie, ( petit-déjéuner non inclus), la chambre aurait dû être de catégorie 'supérieure' , et non ' classique'. On paie pour le nom de l'hôtel.

Great location and marvellous views. Hôtel restaurant is great - with wonderful staff.

Cons:

Room was on ground floor - no privacy. When booking - make sure you are on second floor or higher.

Great place to stay . Imposing building.
Pros:

Convenient location for whale watching. Lovely hotel. Staff friendly and helpful . We stayed two nights but had to book two different rooms online- the hotel had changed this to the same room when we arrived which was great.

Cons:

Had to prebook dinner and on the first night which was a bit late for us as we were jet lagged

It was great and I wish I had had more time there

It's a historic hotel that lives up to its reputation. Beautiful setting, charming and comfortable ambiance, especially the
community spaces like the dining room, foyer, lawn, foyer, main room
Also service was excellent and management went out of its way to accommodate us
