Pros:

breakfast was great with excellent selection and everything fresh

Cons:

There was nothing I did not like off the top of my head. Perhaps some more comfortable chairs in the lobby would be nice.

Pros:

Ignore old reviews. Pristine condition, with large rooms, with separate sitting area. Two large tvs.

Michelle at the front desk could not have been kinder. Made sure we had a quiet room. She extended a very warm welcome as soon as we walked in. Great.

Lovely experience and helpful staff
Pros:

I unexpectedly had to stay in San Francisco due to a winter storm on the East Coast that cancelled my second flight. This hotel held my luggage while I waited for check-in, and the woman at the front desk, Shami (spelling?) was super nice and helpful. For lunch and dinner, there are many restaurants within a 5-minute walk and I went out for dinner and brought the leftovers back to my room because the room had both a refrigerator and a microwave. I was able to microwave my leftovers at 5am the next day because I had a very early flight to catch back to the East Coast.

Ms. Razika demonstrated excellent customer service. From the friendly greetings to empathizing with our hotel situation, she went out of her way to accommodate our needs. Her exceptional service, in addition to the cleanliness and good location of the hotel, provided us a great experience. We definitely would stay at this hotel again.

Great Service is hard to find
Pros:

Arrived in San Fran Airport around 9am local time. Was going to hang out at Airport as Check-in is usually 3:00. Called the Fairfield Marriott to see if they ran shuttles. I spoke with Razika and she said unfortunately not, but taxis and Ubers are around $20.
That would normally have been the end of the conversation as that was all the information I was looking for. But Razika asked if I was checking in today and I said yes. She pulled my reservation and said she could get me an early check-in if I wanted and to come on over. Perfect!! Saved me 5 hours of hanging out at AirPort! This is why I am a Bonvoy Member! Great service! Thanks Razika!!

Pros:

As a Platinum member, I was disappointed by the nickel-and-diming nature of this property. No complimentary toothbrush for elites and charging for water after the first night is below the standard of other Fairfields I've stayed at.
