Llegamos un viernes de noche, el la recepción con poca luz y sucia, muy mal aspecto al entrar. Nos dieron la llave de la habitación y realmente fue espantoso, tenía un olor muy malo, yo mido 1,64 y la cama era tan alta, que me costaba subirme, nunca había visto algo igual. Muy mala limpieza, el aire acondicionado es muy antiguo, porque sonaba muchísimo, falta renovación, este Hotel está al lado de la carretera, así que tienes muchísimo ruido de noche. El desayuno realmente malo, quise comer Beggle y estaban durísimos, mesas sucias, espacio pequeño, poco personal para reponer lo poco que ofrecen. Realmente es un Hotel en que no me quedaría nunca más.

Airport not on the doorstep.
Pros:

Large comfortable room and bed.

Cons:

The location is very good for Pooler but its described as an airport hotel and it is not. I had booked for airport convenience due to arriving too late to get a rental car. It's approx 15-20 mins drive from the airport and no airport shuttle . Beds were exceptionally high and not ideal for elderly parents or young children.

we always try to stay here when we are down this way.
Pros:

liked the fact that we had a wheelchair accessible shower for the first stay. room was very spacious.

Cons:

second nght we had a handicapped room but did not have a accessable shower but a tub instead, which was harder for us to navigate.

Horrible experience.
Pros:

The pictures of Hotel and rooms on booking.com are different than what you can experience at the hotel. In the last many years, this has been the worst experience ever. Dirty carpets, smelly rooms, elevator with problems. The bedsheet and pillows had a very bad smell. I checked-in late and I was wishing when morning comes and I could leave this place. The wifi never works in the rooms and if you need to use it, you have to come down to the lobby. This has been terrible and I couldn't forget and take out the annoying smell out of my head the whole day. The washroom taps had problems, and the shower area all looked like 1970s. From outside, they have put good decoration but the moment you enter the lobby, you are greeted with bad smell and then it stays with you during your trip.

Cons:

Everything. There was nothing to like about this place.
