Looks like they did not do a good job of cleaning the bathroom, big staples holding up the wallpaper in the bathroom.

Rooms are always clean
Pros:

Breakfast. I just wish it was at 6:30 AM on the weekends too.

Cons:

I have always stayed at Holiday Inn or Express when traveling, and the only thing that has changed since I traveled 3 years ago is that your mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. You have always had comfortable beds. You need bigger trash cans. The trash can was tiny, I had to leave our trash on the floor because it was too small.
