Excellent stay
Pros:

It was nice abs clean. The staff were really lovely and helpful. The room was generously sized and great for us staying with children. My daughter has allergies and the staff were great with that and we were able to eat easily in the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was served for hot food and there was a nice selection of continental breakfast too. All in all very happy with our stay here!

A nice bargain hotel with a lovely breakfast
Pros:

A pleasant hotel, situated well for our needs. With a lovely made to order breakfast. Staff were attentive and pleasant.

We didn't have the opportunity to have breakfast, due to prior commitments meeting up with family.

Staff very helpful and obliging.

There appeared to be a large party of people thoroughly enjoying the entertainment that evening when we eventually arrived late.

Cons:

There is only one thing I found unclear, your information states there is a car park across the road, on my approach the only area I could see were the white staggered lines marked for one or two vehicles, it was dark when we arrived. I managed to get in one of those parking areas. The next morning I could see clearly into the car park.
The night before I had considered the area as industrial, and therefore assumed the cars where on a business site.
It might be helpful to let arriving customers know about the car park if you have a busy evening.

The floor wasn't very clean, and as it was very hot we needed a fan, but the hotel did not have any availability.

Pros:

The room was very comfortable and quiet. The blackout curtains are always a bonus!!. The staff and bar/restaurant service were amazing. I needed to put some items in the refrigerator for work the next day, and they accommodated this.

Cons:

The room was rather hot, a fsn would have been beneficial.

Excellent, will definitely stay there again.
Pros:

It was in an ideal location, close to everything I needed to access. It was clean, staff were friendly and could not have been more helpful. The room was clean, tidy and had plenty of space for our needs.

Cons:

The rooms were very warm even with the windows open but given the current weather it was to be expected I guess.
