Good food and great service. Lovely people who look after you well and seem genuinely interested in making your stay enjoyable and comfortable. Bed comfortable and room well equipped despite being much smaller this time.
Room very warm, however couldn't open window as fronted onto main road. Huge radiator, however this wasn't on! Just very warm room with thin duvet (and I'm a woman of a certain age). Also VERY thin walls - could hear next door breathing.
Comfortable, easy - great WiFi

Staff were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Breakfast is relatively simple but good. Bed was very comfy and the location around the hotel is quiet.
What a great experience, having stayed in hotels all over the country. This was a suprise. A lovely room (for the disabled, me) very clean and well equiped. Great service and a mess up on booking was quickly dealt with by Lynsey. We were welcomed at recpeption by SImon who helped us throughout our stay. I will definitly stay at the guidpost again.
