Very satisfied
Pros:

I booked for myself and my daughter to stay for an event held nearby. On the day of checking in, the lady was very helpful and friendly and loaned me a charger for my phone. The next day Simon helped me find the nearest gluten free restaurant for my daughter to get some suitable food. Very good.

Cons:

The decor was a little dated but everything was clean.

Pros:

Never seen a bathroom so clean! Lovely staff. Comfortable beds. Everything we needed. Good food. Wine not the nicest but overall exceptional and great value for money. Walking distance to Tesco express and Odsal stadium.

Staff were exceptional. Particulary, they always went above and beyond with their customer service. Special mention to Callum. In all my years visiting differnet Cities and staying in hotels all over the world I have never encountered such a pleasant, kind, patient employee. He is someone who is always one step ahead with a very apparant customer first ethos. Along with the extremely helpful lady on reception and your breakfast staff you have a team of absolute superstars and they are exemplary assets to your hotel.

Cons:

The rooms are a little dated with no phones to contact reception but this is reflected in the price so not off putting and will definately book to revisit.
