Pros:

Great hotel, staff lovely, really helpful. Breakfast was very good, bacon, egg, sausage, pancakes, plus pastries, fruit, bagels etc. Very good gluten free options too!
Room very clean, we had a two bedroom suite for 4 adults, my only comment would be that the lighting in the room with one bed could be better, only 1 light!
No coffee facilities in the room, but coffee available in reception.
