Nothing special. Active construction which was inconvenient. Fitness center was closed. Breakfast was not impressive.

The room and bathroom were not clean - hair in the shower and bad stains on the carpet the elevator and hslkways were dirty as well

The front desk lady was a gem. The food attendant was very helpful a very nice.

Bed was not comfortable at all. Unable to get hardly any sleep. No clock in room. Expected more. Check in receptionist was fantastic.

Hotel under construction. I was charged double the price they normally charge. Our toilet leaked. Blinds would not close properly. Carpet was sticky. Our room card had to be reset every day sometimes multiple times a day. I will not choose this hotel again. For a Hilton owned hotel this was probably the worst one we’ve ever stayed at.

Great check-in with Keri, very personable and helpful! She checked me in quickly and made sure everything was perfect. The room was clean, very comfortable, and quiet. Rosita, the dining room attendant was very sweet, and made us feel very special. She accommodated and greeted everyone coming for breakfast, which was amazing, and offering a big variety of breakfast items. Upon check-out, Wendy helped me, and was very professional and helpful.
I will definitely stay here again when in the area!

Broken alarm clocks and USB ports did not function. Otherwise great place

Bathroom night light didn’t work. Carpet dirty. Tv remote didn’t work. Could not get online, password didn’t work. Grounds in terrible condition, nothing but weeds. Bathroom toilet stained. Very disappointed for a Hampton.

Can’t speak highly enough of the staff, they were above & beyond! However, room smelt of cigarette smoke even though we were on a “non-smoking floor” and the roof began leaking into the room the last night of our stay.

The night manager was excellent. When we checked in and got to our room it was not clean, went back to the front desk and spoke with the manager, she took care of it with grace and care. She got us moved to another room even though the hotel was booked. She was very helpful and pleasant. She turned a horrible experience into the best night stay ever. I didn't get her name but she was very helpful and gave the best service.
