Fantastic hotel located close to train station.
Pros:

we had the family room at the top of the hotel - for our 1 night stay it worked well, especially the outdoor space we used to eat our food. great air conditioning. lots of steps.

Staff is amazing. There is AC.

Cons:

Bed is awful, like sleeping on the floor, the location is terrible, unfortunately the streets around the station are dirty, full of beggers, eroin addicts, not a nice neighborhood.

Falls wir nochmal kommen - wir würden wieder das Scott Hotel buchen
Pros:

Wir waren schon zum 2. Mal im Scott House . Einmal für 2 Nächte , diesmal für 1 Nacht.
Gutes Frühstück, nette Vermieter.
Die Lage ist perfekt, zum Bahnhof Termini 3
Minuten zu Fuß
Die sehenswerten Plätze / Spanische Treppe /
usw sind fussläufig oder auch gut mit Bus / Metro erreichbar.
Viele Restaurants in der Nähe

Pros:

Molto pulito, arredamento nuovo, vicinissimo alla stazione .
L'acqua calda funzionava , l'aria condizionata si. Anche il bagno molto pulito.

Cons:

Per me non e stato un problema, ma per chi ama il silenzio notturno, si sente un pò di rumore della strada, le macchine che puliscono di notte.

Da italiano mi sono vergognato per i turisti stranieri presenti in struttura
Pros:

Il problema è di fondo....come dare la pèossibilità di aprire strutture ricettive in palazzi che sono nati per altri scopi. Degrado assoluto fuori l' "hotel" e sporcizia all'interno dell'androne. Camera piccola e bagno microscopico. Colazione non qualificabile.

Cons:

chiuderei l'hotel

Poor maintenance and expensive for the service
Pros:

The hotel has 24 hrs reception which was needed for our stay as we arrived around midnight at the station and the hotel is 2 min walking from Termini

Cons:

The price is not worth the money
The breakfast was poor
The air conditioning didn’t have the remote
And the window was not closing properly with the consequences of the noise from the road

The place is clean and rooms were spacious. The only challenge is the old elevator.

Location is excellent. Rooms were newly renovated.

Old elevator, slow and can only accommodate 2 persons.
