Friendly staff, clean, quite, good location. will stay here again

The room was immaculate. Well spaced out. The bathroom was spotless. The shower was FANTASTIC. The shower was the BEST shower I've ever had. I'm a stickler for shower shelving, which there was plenty of. The amout of storage space (dresser, side tables, and bathroom vanity) were GREAT. The lighting over the vanity was truly amazing. Excellent for makeup application. Very well lit. The staff were amazing. The Breakfast staff were kind, extremely friendly, and courteous. I had to thank them after every meal. I will definitely be back.

Parking was a bit complicated.. could’ve used Valet for the price we paid at what we thought was the hotel garage but instead was public parking and expensive.
TV in the living area never worked.

Air conditioner broke in one of our rooms, the room was 90 degrees and we had to move all of our things and our sleeping toddler at 11pm. Self parking was advertised as free but cost $40.

Great property and the staff were friendly. Staff at the breakfast were exceptionally nice. Would go back again!

My friend and I stayed here for a recent music festival. Despite the hotel staff having to deal with a friendly, yet rowdy crowd, they were all amazing! I highly recommend this hotel, great location and again, wonderful staff.

Call me crazy, but i do think this place is haunted, you get an eerie feeling both in the hallways and in the room. The feeling wasn't scary, just eerie. I also a few things slip off the bed, onto the floor - from the middle of the bed! Who knows!?!

1. The TV didn't work half my stay.
2. The room was consistenly cold even after I called for someone to turn it down.
3. The shampoo holder fell off the wall, it was 3 days before it was replaced.
4. There was no pan to cook biscuits.
5. It cost $40 per day to park, I had no idea.
6. It was on the 4th day that the maid came, trash was piled up in the room.

We’ve stayed here 6 consecutive years because it’s the perfect spot to watch the runners go by —Peachtree Roadrace. It’s one mile from finish line, so my husband walks back to hotel. It’s being remodeled and our room was lovely!

I wish knew they we’re doing renovations before I book because I would’ve went somewhere else because the water situation was bad. I’ve stayed here before and it was great but this time it wasn’t.

Renovated room was extremely nice. Hotels.com and Residence Inn very helpful in adjusting check in date.

When i 1st checked in there was no internet service, and the service continued to be out for a couple days.
One of the male employees was very rude
The little market area was always closed due to no internet service which was an inconvenience for the guests
The female staff was very friendly and very helpful

It has been very rewarding

This is a hotel that is being renovated. Once the renovation is completed, it is a great alternative for a several day stay. At present, breakfast is being served in the lobby But, sin ce the rooms have kitchenettes with counter eating facilities, it's easier to bring the food to the room. The staff is very friendly and provides good tips for dinner locations and parking. This hotel is close to theater venues and amart museums. The area is safe and lovely for walking at any time of day.

The valet manager was amazing and so helpful. Front staff was friendly and kind.

The property was convenient to our needs and the staff was polite competent and helpful. The only two things that lowered my rating were some serious problems with our plumbing- brought on by building renovations and the quality of the advertised breakfast.
