Property was nice

Cons:

First of all when it’s windy, the umbrellas need to be put away by the pool. One umbrella pole fell on my head while trying to lounge. I still have a bump.

Second of all, security approached me at my hotel room door in an unprofessional manner. He didn’t identify himself at all and he made me feel unsafe as he was yelling that I would have to leave the property if I play music on a Saturday at 5 or 6 PM. He was so rude. I would never stay here again.

Also, fan in bathroom did not work or there was none.

The room was dirty, and the bathroom was full of hairs. The sink was clogged. I purchased a charcuterie meal for $20 and the crackers were old and fluffy.

Save your money stay elsewhere
Pros:

We celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary here. Very overpriced. Valet was great. They always had our car ready when we requested it. The room was run down and dated. The restaurant is okay food. The guy at the front desk that checked us in was rude. Seemed like he hated his job. The concierge was the only reason I'm giving it better than a 1. She had our room all set up and surprised us. Anytime we had questions or had issues she was ready to help any way possible. She is one of a kind.

Amazing Service
Pros:

I had an amazing experience with Luke, the valet at the hotel! From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. He handled my car with care, helped me with my bags, and made the whole check-in process feel smooth and stress free. He was so nice to my kids and even gave them a high five!

Luke went above and beyond with his customer service friendly conversation, quick service, and a genuinely positive attitude. You can tell he takes pride in his job and truly cares about guests. My guy!

All around pleasurable experience!
Pros:

Wonderful breakfast at the Shore on Halloween Friday with super friendly and attentive staff dressed up in costume and in great spirits. The breakfast potatoes are amazing! Shout out to the young man in valet, Jacob, for his friendly professionalism and speedy assistance. All around a great experience!

Pros:

Room was very clean. Bed very comfortable with bright white sheets. Restaurant downstairs has glass fireplaces around the whole patio above the river, which creates amazingly cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Staff added a feeling of warmth and welcoming to overall atmosphere.

Third trip was still a charm!
Pros:

This was our third stay at Renaissance. Each time has been wonderful! I would like to give a huge shout out to each of your valets. We were in and out multiple times during our visit. Each time we were greeted by one of your smiling valets, all offering whatever help we needed. So kudos to Abby, Jaeden, Jacob, Brad, Luke and Thomas. These are definitely the type of employees you want your guests to be greeted by! Thanks to the whole crew!! We will definitely return to your hotel!
