I had an amazing experience with Luke, the valet at the hotel! From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. He handled my car with care, helped me with my bags, and made the whole check-in process feel smooth and stress free. He was so nice to my kids and even gave them a high five!

Luke went above and beyond with his customer service friendly conversation, quick service, and a genuinely positive attitude. You can tell he takes pride in his job and truly cares about guests. My guy!

Wonderful breakfast at the Shore on Halloween Friday with super friendly and attentive staff dressed up in costume and in great spirits. The breakfast potatoes are amazing! Shout out to the young man in valet, Jacob, for his friendly professionalism and speedy assistance. All around a great experience!

Room was very clean. Bed very comfortable with bright white sheets. Restaurant downstairs has glass fireplaces around the whole patio above the river, which creates amazingly cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Staff added a feeling of warmth and welcoming to overall atmosphere.

This was our third stay at Renaissance. Each time has been wonderful! I would like to give a huge shout out to each of your valets. We were in and out multiple times during our visit. Each time we were greeted by one of your smiling valets, all offering whatever help we needed. So kudos to Abby, Jaeden, Jacob, Brad, Luke and Thomas. These are definitely the type of employees you want your guests to be greeted by! Thanks to the whole crew!! We will definitely return to your hotel!

I loved this hotel! From beginning to end it was such a pleasant experience. The staff was amazing, the conditions of the property is top notch, the location was perfect and the food at the restaurant was something we still dream about. It was so delicious without being pretentious.

Chris at the bundox bar is an amazing bartender, with immaculate service and attitude that we had not met until this most recent trip.
The front desk associates are always extremely accommodating, this most recent trip to celebrate my father’s birthday.
Lissa, a server at the restaurant, is also a very kind and awesome curator for an incredible meal. She took extra initiative to ensure our 1 1/2 year old had a great breakfast experience, showcasing the river view below and educating him on the wildlife in the area (squirrels, birds, ect)
We will always return as this is our premier location when venturing to Reno.

Jaeden was incredibly friendly and professional, with a genuine personality. He was prompt and handled everything with ease. Five stars—truly a great experience.

It’s a pretty basic hotel but nice enough. I was allocated a room with a view of the rooftop and the entire buildings AC units which run all night. Nice surprise one morning to have a man on the roof looking straight into the room. William on the front desk has a real attitude problem for some reason. Valet service was great. Restaurant staff v nice. Housekeeping just ok.

The property was conveniently located. Service was great. The valet service was well run and reasonably priced. The facility was pleasant. Overall, my stay was quite comfortable.

This hotel is best described as average. Only reason I chose this Marriott property over others is because the reviews that they received, and after my visit clearly tells me that they were written by hotel staff.

First thing you should know is this hotel is adjacent to a pay by the hour type hotel . There is no security of any type to be seen.

There is a very creepy, brown leather cover on the sofa lounge, which is worn and gross. The bathroom is so small that you can’t sit on the toilet straight, but rather you have to be in an angle because of how close the shower door is to it.

The worst part about this hotel is the noise coming from the road . We were up on the eighth floor and it was like we were living on the street. Very noisy part of town.

This was my second stay at this hotel. It was clean and comfortable and has a fun bar/bocce ball place downstairs. The on-site restaurant has delicious breakfast!

The hotel is nice, but the surrounding area is not very safe or clean. The common areas in the hotel are very well kept except for the pool area. It is in need of a major refresh. Our room is also in need of a refresh, especially the bathroom. The shower knobs did not work well, and the water pressure was almost nonexistent on the regular shower head. Streaming services did not work on the TV. Maintenance came to fix it, but we continued to have the same problem. We had excellent service at the bar. All the bartenders were super friendly and made delicious drinks. The food in the restaurant was tasty also.

Great staff and Hotel

Abby B and her team were great. Cars waiting for us when needed. A/C nice and cold. Friendly fast service. Very easy using text to request car being ready in advance. Valet only $5 more per day vs self service. Don’t forget to tip them. They work hard.
