Pros:

A localização excelente, muito perto da praça da catalunha. As camas eram muito boas e a entrada do hotel é linda.

Cons:

Durante o duche, há fuga de agua pela porta do duche, fazendo com que tenhas uma piscina no chao quando terminas de tomar banho. O pequeno almoço é muito pobre, havendo pouca diversidade e quantidade para um hotel de 4 estrelas.

음 그냥 적당한 위치에, 적당한 시설임.

바르셀로나 호탤 가격이 비싼 편이긴하고, 이
호텔도 저렴하진 않았음. 그런데 일단 기대했던 호탤 서비스는 아님. 양치컵은 금이 가 깨져있었고, 객실 청소는 해주는데 수건 교채는 안되었음(아마 깜박한듯. 그래서 가져간 1회용 사용). 그리고 변기물이 채워지지 않아 직원 부르니 와서 변기통을 흔들어서 고치고, 와이파이는 거의 잡히지 않았음. 전반적으로 뭔가 4성급이라고 하지만 애매함.

Pros:

Fantastiskt hotell med perfekt läge nära sevärdheter, restauranger och tunnelbana. Rummet var rent och fräscht, personalen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Vi kunde inte ha önskat oss mer.

O hotel tem boa localização e instalações agradáveis, porém a experiência ficou abaixo do esperado para um hotel 4 estrelas. O isolamento acústico é muito ruim e há bastante barulho pela manhã, o que prejudica o descanso. Além disso, senti falta de um serviço de apoio com as malas e de um gesto de boas-vindas, como um café ou água de cortesia, que são comuns em hotéis dessa categoria. No geral, achei o atendimento e os serviços mais compatíveis com um hotel 2 estrelas do que com um 4 estrelas. Não me hospedaria novamente.

Todo ok tuve problemas que casi me cancelan la reserva

Todo estuvo muy bien. El personal super accesible y cordial.

Cons:

Lo unico cortinas y sillones estaban viejos o gastados. El resto todo perfecto. La ubicacion es excelente. Lo unico me mandaron un correo 2 dias ante de una reserva de 6 meses que si no pagaban me la cancelaban y jamas me habian mandado el link de pago hasta que se los reclame cuando dijeron que me bajaban la reserva. Siempre en caso de pago sin devolucion me cobraban en el hotel al llegar sin problema, aca me lo quisieron cancelar sin haberme mandado el link de pago. O sea capaz si no miraba la aplicacion (yo estaba en viaje en Japon en ese momento ) me la cancelaban y no me daba cuenta, cuando ya habia denunciado una tarjeta para que me pudieran hacer el cobro en booking.
