I had a very pleasant stay.
Pros:

The location is perfect & centrally located. The hotel was nice & clean. They gave cava as welcome drink. The staff were nice & very accommodating when I suddenly had to change my stay period when my flight got cancelled.

Cons:

Nothing I disliked. I just wished they had coffee machine in the room.

Pros:

Location is very central. Staff were very helpful. Clean.

Cons:

There is a bar and terrace there but no one seemed to use it. No obvious bar staff around which probably discouraged people from entering.

top locatie op 7 min lopen van plaza catalunia en direct zijstraat van passeig de gracia. Mooie lobby en vriendelijk personeel. Mooi ruime kamer en goed bed

Comfortabel hotel op fantastische locatie.
Pros:

Goed hotel. In eerste instantie een kamer aan de straatkant. Daar heb je wel wat last van verkeer maar ik vind dat geen probleem. Door bouwwerkzaamheden in het hotel (niet vantevoren aangegeven) vreselijke overlast. Na een klacht werd er door de man aan de receptie gezegd dat er niets aan te doen was. Heel onvriendelijk. De dames aan de receptie waren geweldig en hebben mij een andere kamer gegeven. Groot compliment voor deze dames. De locatie van het hotel is fantastisch en het hotel zelf is comfortabel. Alle buslijnen (ook de airport bus!) naar bezienswaardigheden en strand ook de metro om de hoek net als veel restaurants, winkels en supermarkten, dat is werkelijk geweldig. Casa Battlo en Casa Mila van Gaudi zijn maar op een paar minuten loopafstand.

Cons:

Mijn tweede kamer had een verouderde badkamer. Ik vind dat geen probleem, maar hou er dus rekening mee dat er zulke kamers zijn. Als je kijkt naar het totaalplaatje (faciliteiten, kamers etc) dan is dit denk ik een drie sterren hotel (geen vier) op een toplocatie. En daar betaal je voor. Als ik in halve cijfers had kunnen beoordelen dan zou ik een 7,5 geven. Nu is het een 8 geworden. Maar ik zou terugkomen!
