Was a little bit sceptical given the mixed reviews but the hotel itself was spotless and staff couldn’t do enough for you.
Had two classic rooms, which were not ready as early arrival but asked if could be allocated next to each other, they accommodated this and gave us room where we could change and even shower if we wanted and bags held until room ready.
Yes classic rooms do overlook the road, but then you know that when booking and we asked if could have a balcony one also if free.
Easy walking distance to the port, and subway people mention not even bad just runs under the road and comes out on the beach.
When you check in, scan the Unity sign on desk as if sign up then get 10% off all your food/drinks during your stay and build up points.
Nothing, great stay for us.
We hebben het super gehad. We arriveerden op zondagmiddag en er hing een heerlijke sfeer in het hotel, met een DJ die bij het zwembad aan het draaien was. Onze kamer was gelukkig al klaar en konden meteen een duik nemen. Alles was schoon, personeel vriendelijk en de locatie, op 15 minuten lopen van Puerto Banus is ook perfect.
De hoge prijzen in de bar. 16 euro voor een Aperol Spritz vinden we echt even te gek.
