L’emplacement
Les piscines trop chargé, et en n’a pas le droit de d’utiliser les transats qui se trouve tout devant car ils sont réservés pour les clients qui paye 200 euros de plus et commander des magnums 😳. Si non ils faut attendre les transats simples qui se libèrent.

It's just very well run, entertainment, standard of breakfast and meals, great staff on all levels, the best in Puerto Banus in our opinion.
I'd like it to be a bit closer to the beach and centre but it's worth the stroll or taxi!

Nice hotel in a great location close to Puerto Banús. There is also easy access to the beach through a tunnel under the highway.
The breakfast was good, with a nice selection of options.
The staff were friendly, although the reception refused to extend our check-out by just one hour, which was disappointing.
The hotel is quite expensive considering that the spa was not included in the room rate, and most of the sunbeds by the pool had to be reserved for an additional fee. The pool area was also quite noisy, with loud music throughout the day.
Overall, it’s a good hotel with a convenient location, but I expected better value for the price.
