Great atmosphere.
That I was charged after leaving for moet champagne that was not in my fridge and I have emailed about this issue then had no response when I explained I did not have that in my fridge at the beginning of the holiday!!

Location and staff.
I booked a suite (most expensive room) It was small, the second bed was a sofa bed which wasn't comfy and we couldn't sleep. The room was so far away and overlooked a car park. Black mold in shower. The sauna was off which was the main reason for booking this hotel. Construction work in progress in the lobby and corridor outside our room. Breakfast was not nice, we had to eat in the cafe over the road instead. Food round the pool was expensive for what it was and tasteless. Not the experience I was expecting for nearly £400 a night. Staff were nice but the hotel is run down. Past its best, I would definitely not stay here again!
The entertainment was lovely, and both the breakfast and dinner buffets featured delicious, high-quality food. Most importantly, the staff was incredibly helpful; they went above and beyond to ensure my fiancé’s 30th birthday was truly special.
While the hotel itself still looks great, I did notice that the room furniture is showing its age and is likely due for a refurbishment.
