Refused to accept cash as a method of payment and no it wasn’t a large amount and would not accept as part payment either, we are in the eurozone

Pros:

El hotel es precioso, el personal es muy amable y el desayuno es excepcional.

Cons:

No nos gustó de la propiedad, que para acceder a la playa hay que atravesar un túnel subterráneo que estaba demasiado sucio. Además, en nuestra habitación, no cerraba bien la puerta del baño.

Lovely hotel but not suitable for those who love pools (in October)
Pros:

Large and comfortable room. Very quiet!
We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The pool areas are very comfortable

Cons:

The pool is freezing cold which has a big impact on my family’s enjoyment of the holiday. It’s too cold to swim. (October)

En varm vecka i marbella i ett härligt hus med bra läge!
Pros:

Vackert inredd villa med fin poolarea.
Värdinnan var väldigt tillmötesgående och serviceminded!

Cons:

Det fanns för lite glas, koppar, frukostskålar och poolhanddukarna matchade verkligen inte inredningen 😊
För att vara ett lyxboende borde det genomsyra hela upplevelsen.

the beds were comfy.

Cons:

we only spent a night ( so supposedly no cleaning) but before 9am the cleaning lady was knocking on our door and shouting like crazy.
super crowded breakfast room. terrible acoustics.
the hotel was renovated, but the corridors are too long and too narrow. only one person can pass at a time. It took us forever to get to the bedroom.

Es ist ein außergewöhnliches Hotel. Überall gibt es etwas zu entdecken.
Pros:

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück war international und top in der Vielfalt, das gilt auch für das Abendbuffet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, zumal das Personal überaus zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Wir drohen mit Wiederkommen!👍🙏 Auch der Pool- und Aussenbarbereich sollte erwähnt werden, tolles Personal!

Not a great deal , extremely frustrating, staff always too busy we waited ages for check In and we gave up waiting to check out as we were stood waiting once again we ended up just leaving

Rooms very small and not clean shower was leaking water .

Over all very bad experiences breakfast very poor

Świetny hotel.
Pros:

Fajne baseny leżaki i udogodnienia. Bardzo miła obsługa pani kelnerka Agnieszka bardzo miła i pomocna. Dziekuje bardzo za wszystko. Dodatkowo fajna muzyka.
