Pros:

Great room as it was last year. Everything was clean. My only complaint is i like a dark room and the outside light shines directly through a window. Next year i need to remember to bring some cardboard to put up in the window. 😁

Enjoyed my stay here ! It was very serene and quiet, it’s still out of tourist season so not many tourists but that’s all right. The shops below were closed but food and amenities were not far! We used the kitchenette to have breakfast in the hotel room and enjoyed the fireplace. Will return!

Asked for extra towels and blankets for the pull out couch bed wasn’t accommodated with either and I feel like the wording on the outdoor pool then proceeding to word it like the hot tub isn’t seasonal as well is wrong 4 people read the same thing and thought the same thing as in the pool was outdoor but hot tub was indoor I think I would’ve booked here knowing the hot tub was seasonal.

Pros:

It's a great place to stay. We stay here in the winter as it isn't far from Boyne Highlands and love being near Petoskey. It's well-taken care of, plenty of room for the 6 of us and has a great brunch place right there on property called Maple & Batter.
