Pros:

Comfortable rooms. Breakfast is mediocre at best.

Cons:

We had very noisy neighbors and could hear them yelling at night and the morning.

Pros:

What I really liked was the way Jayneth took her time helping me with my reservation upon arrival. She was very patient and accommodating--really good customer service! Made the whole stay much more comfortable.

Pros:

Quiet. Rooms nice. Good bed. Lots of pillows. Great courtyard. Loved the bistro breakfast.

Cons:

Messed up my reservation. Check-in lady couldn’t find both rooms. We had to pay for our second room. Fortunately they were able to correct it. We will check to make sure we get our money back. Also I was allergic to the laundry soap you use so had to sleep on top on the covers and use my jacket as a sheet.

Pool was closed and three wedding parties made it very busy but overall was a pleasant stay. Staff covered everything needed.

Pros:

This hotel was very clean and I love all of the seating that they had downstairs with the little bistro café. The staff was very friendly and the check-in was very quick. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were down during my one night stay, I was upset about that. But overall, my day was great and the courtyard is beautiful, definitely recommend this place.
