Clean rooms. Quietness. The personnel was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not very good except for the waffles. The egg patties were tasteless and the biscuits were too dried out to have biscuits and gravy. The personnel at the front desk wore too many hats but she did a very good job for what she had to do.

This is a great little hotel. Not luxurious, but everything worked. Our room was clean and correct. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Responsive staff. We were very pleased.

We had a double queen pet friendly room. Everything was acceptable until we got to the beds. One sunk to the bottom and had torn sheets. The other bed was firmer, but the comforter was a nightmare mishmash of old stains. Bad bad bad. Between the two beds, we got enough cleanish bedding to sleep. By far the worst AmericInn we've ever stayed at.

Easy parking with a boat

Room was clean and quiet. Parkimg was convenient and accessable.

Close to Wal-Mart. Nice staff and clean.

Nice walking path nearby. Traffic was very noisy early in the evening, but quieted down nicely and I was able to sleep well. Rooms claim to be sound proof, but I could hear the person in the next rom sneezing. Decent variety of breakfast choices. Would stay here again.

A clean, nice bare bones hotel in a convenient location. The pool looked nice, but I didn’t have the opportunity to use it. I only saw one child in it the entire time I was there. The breakfast was not to my liking. I would have preferred scrambled eggs to the biscuits and gravy. Also, I am a tea drinker and there was only coffee available in the mornings. Fortunately, there’s a Walmart across the street so I could purchase my own. The room and bed were very comfortable and clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

I did NOT stay at this property because they say they pet friendly but only have a very small amount of rooms are indeed pet friendly. They did not have one available for us and our pet when we arrived and checked in so we wanted to cancel and get a refund…but they would NOT LET US!!! Still dealing with this nightmare and their horrible manager Cheyenne.

Pool area smelled like sewer. Luggage rack was useless with worn out ripped off straps. Comforter on bed closest to the window looked yellow tinged on edges like it had not been washed in a long time. I slept in that bed and was afraid to touch it. Shower head is dated and does not provide a typical shower spray. Otherwise carpet seemed reasonably clean. It’s a low quality hotel with high price. At >$200 with fees it is not worth it. I also saw after I had checked in, I could have gotten the same room that evening for ~$40. Won’t be staying there again. We had stayed here when it was not AmericInn years ago. It was rip off then too. Had I realized this was the same location I would not have booked this hotel. Stairwell was dirty. Sink area in room new.

The front desk clerks were very nice. We appreciated the breakfast. Biscuits and Gravy were very good. Waffles, cereal, sausage, juices, chocolate milk, bagels, toast. Housekeeping was friendly. The hotel is a little outdated. Little musty smelling. Showers did not drain properly, the tub filled with water when showering.

We’ve stayed at this property a few times in Lady Smith Wisconsin since there is only two major hotels in the area close to our son, daughter in-law and grand babies,

first said Couldn't find my reservation then when I showed her on my phone she found it then charge my card three times and kept telling me it wasn't going yet on my end it was showing processed. Manager came in at 2:00 AM and fixed it. Room was filthy bed cover had blood dropped and stained urine. The bathtub was dirty I couldn't use the whirlpool in the room it was dirty and had hair from previous Person. Their air conditioner made clicking in and loud noises every time it came on. I checked out two days early they never said anything and never refunded my money for the other two days that I checked out early. I've stayed here years ago and it was great this is one of the worst experience and I would never recommend this place. Even when I checked out and gave them my room keys they didn't even acknowledge it. I paid for 4 nights I was only able to stay two cause I just couldn't do it anymore I wasn't sleeping I couldn't turn the lights off because I was afraid of what might come crawling out. I even went and bought a sleeping bag to sleep in
