Unfortunately I only needed the room for a couple of hours prior to my flight. I was given a non smoking room that smelt of heavy cigarette. To the point I got a headache and my clothes even on return still smelt of the smoke smell. It really irritated my throat. Didn’t have the energy to change rooms. Instead checked out after 2 hours.

We stayed at the apartment hotel for 10 days. Staff were very caring and helpful. We were welcomed warmly every time we entered the premises and my kids had great time. Sandra and Priyanka at the reception were very professional and helpful always. House keeping staff were very diligent in their work at our apartment and I thank them especially Fareh and her team of other 4 gentlemen. We would definitely stay there again if we end up in Dubai again. Thank you guys so much for your hospitality.

I felt the rules about the swimming pool to be restrictive. Otherwise this hotel exceeded all my expectations and I will visit again at the first opportunity.
I recommend any one to stay there. Great location. There are lots of stores, restaurants and coffee shops around
Personnel was very nice and professional.
I arrived early, like 930 am, they let me check in early and gave me a room in a few minutes. I was very tired and their kindness is very much appreciated.
Great staff especially Eka and Javid. Hotel is comfortable even though it gets a bit noisy in the lobby/ restaurant area that can be heard in the rooms .

This was our best stay in Dubai so far. The staff is friendly and the property is clean. The area is close to many good restaurants. Every thing was maintained properly

A very pleasant hotel and well located.
The staff were excellent and the hotel itself was very clean.
We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was incredibly spacious - it had 2 bathrooms and a separate visitor wc as well as a kitchen, lounge and ironing room.
The apartments were really tired looking and are in need of some cosmetic upgrades.

I had a good stay at hotel for my 10 nights. Most of the staff were pleasant and helpful. The cleaning staff was great. The pool staff needs to improve their perception and treatment of people. The doormen were really nice and helpful. I would stay again.
