Nothing
We were very unhappy with the staff and the room. The TV did not work. Called downstairs several times and they kept saying the repair man would be right up. He never came. There was an awful high pitch noise in the room which made it practically impossible for us to sleep. Again we called downstairs and recieved the same answers. The maintenance man will be right up but he never came. I will not stay at your hotels ever again and I will not recommend it to anyone. We would have to call several times to get someone to answer the phone.
Water in our room floor
Nice and fairly clean. Ease of access to highways and downtown.
Hallways need vacuum cleaning not enough parking for late night arrival place was full had to park on Street off property.
Very nice and clean and very good staff
Convenient location if stuck overnight at San Antonio airport
Room felt damp and had an unpleasant smell
STAFF: The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly, especially Alex. He went above and beyond to address my concerns with professionalism, courtesy, and a warm attitude. Alex was also very resourceful, offering helpful suggestions about transportation and smartphone connectivity that made my stay much easier.
ROOM: Although the room had been renovated, it still felt somewhat dated, which is understandable given the overall age of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and the room itself was clean, spacious, and well organized. The bathroom was also very clean and orderly. Standard amenities were provided, including a mini fridge, microwave, small coffee maker, plastic cups, ice bucket, and an iron with ironing board.
One thing to note is that housekeeping is only provided upon request. Guests must contact the front desk if they want their room cleaned, as it is not done automatically each day. This can be inconvenient since the bathroom contains the only trash bin in the room. If it fills up, you’ll need to dispose of the trash yourself or request housekeeping to empty it, make the bed, and replace any used towels.
AMENITIES: I took advantage of the complimentary breakfast, which included scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, cereal, toast, and a selection of bakery items such as muffins. They also offered coffee, juice, and water. I also made use of the hotel’s free shuttle service. In addition to airport pickup and drop-off, the shuttle will take you to and from any location within a two-mile radius of the hotel at no charge. They do have a gym on the second floor, but I did not use it. Free WiFi is included in the rooms too.
ELEVATORS: There are three of them I believe. However, they need to be renovated. Although they are operational, the button panel is loose when depressing a button for a desired floor. The elevator floor is old, dated, and a little worse for wear. It desperately needs brand new flooring.
OTHER GUESTS: I was awakened several times during the night and early morning (around 12 AM and again between 2–3 AM) because guests were speaking loudly in the hallways with little consideration for others trying to sleep. Some were walking through the halls talking on their phones—often on speakerphone—while others were having loud conversations with family or friends as they passed by. On multiple occasions, doors were also slammed shut in the hallway.
All of this repeatedly disrupted my sleep. Unfortunately, I was too tired at the time to contact the front desk to report the issue. The hotel might consider placing signs near the elevators and in the hallways reminding guests to keep noise levels down during late hours. However, based on the behavior I observed, I suspect such reminders may not be very effective for those who are already being inconsiderate of other guests.
Good location and staff was really friendly.
Walls are so thin I heard kids crying door slammed every five minutes dogs barking all night people screaming in the hallway, toilet so loud when flushes you can hear the people next door flushing all night, over all very noisy. Carpet and walls and furniture are so old. Bed is hard and squeaky and pillows are cheap and flat.
Service front desk was so helpful. There were so kind very satisfied with our stay. Will come back to see them next year.
I have nothing to say about the property, but I give them 100 stars
The people who work there are very nice and food was good
The beds were very hard, carpets in the wall areas were so dirty and needed to be vacuumed. Everything just looks old
