to many dogs in the lobby
Location
That roaches were falling from the ceiling in the middle of the night. When I told front desk they just aww sorry. Didn’t offer nor show any interest to resolve issue or at least say sorry for the inconvenience.
Great location and staff.
There were several knats in our room. Everytime we'd kill one there was another. Also the carpet throughout the lobby and halls, along with walls and baseboards were dirty. It was a weird smell in our room when we entered but we brought our own disinfectant and deodorizer. Toilet seat was scuff up and unstable. Beds were not as comfortable as we'd hoped for.
It was disappointing but it was only for 1 night.

I made a mistake on tge date due to i was there to burial of my father and book the wrong date and they would not give me a refund. I will look for another hotel from now on ver disappointed with ownership.
Only thing I like the people in the front desk and the location
I didn't like the room cuz they told me when I booked it online I was supposed to get a a big bedroom with two queen bed with a big size. It's so far and they end up. I got two small queen bed and it was really tiny room and room was on clean. The towels are unclean and was kind of
The location was good for where we were visiting and around good shopping areas
It was messy and dirty in halls and elevator. They also had a sign that said housekeeping wouldn’t be available daily, so it made me feel like my room wasn’t going to be cleaned.
The reservation staff had warm welcoming demeanor, courteous, polite, and accommodating.
I really loved the all you can eat breakfast buffet: eggs, sausage, waffle station, assorted cereals, banana, oranges, apples, coffee, hazle nut and french vanilla cream apples,cranberry juice, apple juice, and orange juice.
