The restroom inside my room had a problem flashing.

The last lady who helped us was nice and helpful
The lady who checked us in kept making a face and wouldn’t acknowledge me or my partner and apparently double charged me for our booking an additional $198. Then when trying to resolve it they said I had to wait till Monday for upper management it wasn’t until the desk lady during our check out helped me that I got it fixed. Additionally housekeeping came banging on our door at 10am on our check out day asking when we were leaving even though our check out was for eleven we said do not disturb and we declined housekeeping services

Me gusta mucho este hotel. Las camas están muy cómodas y los cuartos siempre limpios.Está muy accessible y cercano al aeropuerto. Siempre nos quedamos ahí cuando visitamos San Antonio lo cual es muy seguido y el personal en el front desk siempre es muy amable y atento. Nos tratan como familia y son muy lindos con mis mascotas. Muchas gracias!!!! 💖
Below average. Bananas over ripe. Coffee server..one empty and the other luke warm. Need to add sweet rolls fresh fruit eggs runny and could add additional selections.

I didn’t like breakfast and it’s in a small area and very crowded
Seemed everything was dirty, the rugs I guess are old and were very dirty, the elevator, the room, the corridors, etc seemed they hadn’t cleaned or washed them in a long time, the TV in the room is a mini TV, the room didn’t smell clean and fresh, the staff at the reception were rude.
