Take accountability, and instead assigned blame to a different staff person. We didn't care who made this egregious mistake....we wanted assurance it wouldn't happen again!! Very bad form! And how awful to have starters walk in on you! Hotel staff said I should be reimbursed

Love this hotel
Pros:

The rooms are clean, making it easy to relax. Staff are friendly and attentive and ready to help. A special shout out to Wendy, who was incredibly helpful. We had a wonderful stay and most importantly the hotel is a dog friendly hotel which made it perfect for us. We highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was supremely friendly. The hotel is clean, bed super comfy. Hot tub was operating and clean. Easy, free parking.

Cons:

Would love some healthy options for breakfast, but it was a typical continental breakfast.

GREAT Place!
Pros:

We had the best stay here traveling on a trip from Seattle to california! The room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable we slept great! Just want to give a huge shout out to all the staff everyone we encountered was kind, polite, and very friendly! We appreciated the hospitality and value at this property, thank you very much!

Pros:

The staff was friendly and made the extra effort to call to ask what kind of bed we wanted. The room was recently renovated and was really well thought out re: what travelers want - a place to put our suitcases, big counter in the bathroom, hooks to hang clothes, lots of places to charge electronics, coffeemaker, refrigerator etc.

Cons:

Although it has really convenient freeway access, it isn’t within walking distance of downtown Ashland.

Perfect location for an I-5 road trip
Pros:

Great location below the Siskiyou Summit for a northbound tripat the end of a drive or positioning for a morning southbound trip over the pass. There is an excellent Mexican restaurant next door. Fairly new, clean comfortable room with lots of electrical outlets and a refer with a large enough freezer compartment to hold our ice chest cold packs. All perfect for a road trip.
