Pros:

Clean, friendly environment. The Trophy room right inside the hotel has good food. The burgers and fries were great!
Found a lot of fun things to do while in town for a football camp. Went to UCONN dairy bar, Sonny's go karts, putt-putting and arcade had a lot of fun things to do.

Pros:

clean, great service, good food!!
Comfortable beds.

Cons:

What I don't like is that your company is allowing ICE to stay in your hotels and that your organization is complicit in the criminal acts of the current administration by allowing this to happen.
I will no longer stay in a Hilton property as long as you are aiding this corrupt administration.
You need to understand who your customers are and stand up for our constitutional rights.
This is the United States of America, not the United States of Trump.
You need to do better.
I used to love Hilton. I am disgusted by your actions as an organization.

Great location and great for visiting UConn campus.
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

We had brunch before heading to graduation. We were charged for coffee. If I paid for brunch I would think coffee and tea are part of brunch. I could understand alcoholic beverages but coffee or soda should be part of brunch.

Comfortable and relaxing .
Pros:

Didn’t eat breakfast there . The decor is impeccable ! The staff was very courteous and accommodating

Cons:

I had the king suite . I was very disappointed with the refrigerator, barely cold . I was also disappointed in the availability of a microwave in the suite . Also no garbage cans in the kitchen area and was very surprised that there was no available kitchen utensils or paper towels . Something to consider for future bookings .

Pros:

I stayed at this hotel bc I am a general dentist from NY going to volunteer at the CT Mission of Mercy. This is a free dental clinic. I stayed here bc it was in close proximity to the event location. I had to bring my dog and requested by email the day of arrival and at the front desk when I arrived that I needed a late check out. The event was going until about 3 pm but I requested a check out of 2 pm bc my dog was there. The email and the girl that checked me in never made a note for the next day that I was checking out late. They also charged me $35 to check out late. I was there volunteering my time for the community and thought that you could also appreciate what I was doing and remove the late charge. I also believe that my fee was higher than what it said when I was booking. I would like a call back from a manager. Thank you.

It was a very nice stay and the location couldn't have been better!
Pros:

Loved the check-in and also enjoyed the casual dining in the restaurant/bar.

Cons:

The pillows were a bit too lofty, and I would have preferred a flatter, more manageable pillow as a choice. This made it difficult to sleep. Sometimes these options are offered for preference.
I also would have preferred real coffee made in single cup coffee pots. I don't care for instant coffee at all.
