Mi è piaciuto moltissimo essere stati dirottati, credo per motivi di over booking, nel vicino Grand Hotel Savoia, un cinque stelle della catena Hilton!

Cons:

Mio figlio ha scovato un capello sotto al cuscino del suo letto che non era nostro. Ma sono cose che capitano, anche ai migliori.

The only hotel we ever stay at in Genoa
Pros:

We have stayed before and it is consistently excellent, I wish every hotel was to this standard.

Spotlessly clean, high quality everything. The breakfast is excellent with a great variety & quality ingredients.
We travelled with our dog and they placed a dog bed, bowls and blanket in the room, which he loved. Highly recommend this hotel and enjoy a drink in the piano bar for the ambience.
