Un'occasione mancata
Pros:

Posizione dell'hotel ottima, personale gentile e professionale

Cons:

Siamo stati messi in una stanza al primo piano con la porta esterna parzialmente ingombrata dal carretto del cambio lenzuola che è rimasto lì tutto il giorno . La stanza non aveva alcuna ventilazione e aveva solo una finestra che non si poteva aprire perchè dava sulla cappa della cucina del ristorante adiacente e subiva quindi le esalazioni della cucina. Nemmeno il bagno poteva essere arieggiato in nessun modo. Peccato per un hotel che si definisce di livello 4 stelle.

Ideal für eine Vorübernachtung zur Kreuzfahrt
Pros:

Wir hatten wieder das Hotel Continental gebucht und erhielten ein kostenloses Upgrade zum Grand Hotel Savoia - alles bestens - sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffett - immer wieder gerne für eine Vorübernachtung im Zusammenhang mit einer Kreuzfahrt - Cruise Terminal und Bahnhof gut zu Fuss erreichbar.

Für uns hat alles gepasst.

Pros:

Grandezza della camera, pulizia, possibilità di parcheggio a pagamento e una bellissima sala “lettura” al primo piano. Inoltre il check out alle 12 è molto apprezzato.

Cons:

Davanti alla nostra stanza era parcheggiato praticamente tutto il giorno il carrello dello staff delle pulizie. Ovviamente non siamo persone che fanno troppo caso a queste cose, diciamo che il fatto di dover fare lo slalom più volte non era il massimo e bastava magari ogni tanto spostarlo davanti ad altre camere

Pros:

L’hôtel a un excellent rapport qualité prix. Nous sommes restés deux nuits. La localisation est idéale, proche de toutes les activités et surtout proche de la gare. L’hôtel dispose d’un parking avec un valet pour 28 € la nuit, je pense dans la moyenne pour Gênes. Le personnel était extrêmement agréable. Nous avons passé une soirée au spa qui a coûté 20 €, le spa est magnifique nous étions seuls dans le créneau de réservation. Peut être petit si plus de huit personnes. Mais parfait pour la soirée que nous avons eu. Je vous conseille donc cet établissement.

Cons:

À la limite, le bruit est quand même assez présent dans les couloirs et dans la rue. Mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé pour dormir.

Gutes und sauberes Hotel an bester Lage für Anreise mit Zug und vor Kreuzfahrt
Pros:

Top Lage neben Bahnhof; Gehdistanz zu Kreuzfahrtterminal und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sauber, gute Zimmergrösse, gute Badezimmergrösse; Frühstücksbuffet für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut; Lift ist ein Unikat.

Mi è piaciuto molto lo stile dell'hotel, molto particolare e colorato.

Non mi è piaciuto che la camera dava sulla strada e gli infissi non erano minimamente adeguati per avere silenzio durante la notte, ma soprattutto non mi è piaciuto tornare in hotel dopo cena (h 21.30) e trovare l'hotel chiuso senza che nessuno dello staff ci avesse minimamente avvisati della cosa, e sulla porta un messaggio criptico, non si capiva assolutamente niente di quello che avremmo dovuto fare, per fortuna abbiamo trovato un altra cliente nella stessa situazione che era un po' ti tempo che cercava anche lei di capire come entrare e ci ha avvisati che saremo dovuti entrare dall'hotel di fianco....in quale universo parallelo posso immaginare che devo entrare dall'hotel di fianco? Scrivete un cavolo di messaggio chiaro sulla porta o degnatevi di avvisare al check in.
