Parto con dire che io sono stata spostata due GG prima dell'arrivo al Grand hotel Savoia , struttura adiacente ma allo stesso prezzo dell'offerta che avevo pagato . Quindi la mia valutazione è per l'hotel Grand hotel Savoia nel quale sono stata molto bene , personale educato e molto gentile , disponibile ad aiutarti nel orientarti nella visita della città, la camera e la struttura in sé molto accogliente e vicino alla stazione principe di Genova , colazione a buffet sia dolce che salata varia e buona .

Freundliches Personal, sauberes Hotel im Stil der 1920er Jahre

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte einige Probleme, die leider trotz sofortiger Meldung nicht behoben wurden (undichtes Fenster-Lärm, Duschkabine undicht, Wasserhahn defekt). Auch das hoteleigene Nachhaltigkeitsprogramm wurde nicht eingehalten und die Handtücher wurden täglich getauscht.

ハネムーンでの宿泊でしたが、チェックインの際お部屋にシャンパンを用意してくださりました。お心遣いがとても嬉しかったです！駅のほぼ目の前でアクセスも良く、無料のスリッパがあるのが特に良かったです！スタッフも優しかったです！ありがとうございました！
